Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight that the rooms are generally clean and offer good value for the price. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, as well as the helpfulness of some staff members. However, there are repeated complaints about rude or inconsistent service, especially from security and front desk staff, which negatively impacted the experience for several guests. The location is convenient for some, but the need to walk through the casino and deal with smoke and security checks was a common inconvenience. Noise issues and occasional maintenance problems were also mentioned. Overall, while the hotel provides clean rooms and decent value, improvements in service and guest experience are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Casino security dictates standing in a line and surrendering your drivers license EACH time you enter or go to your car. That was as annoying as having to open backpacks like passing through TSA.
Pros (+) Pool was really nice, relaxing hot tub area as well.
Cons (-) Didn’t know there was a $200 deposit they hold even tho the room was already paid for. Make sure to read the fine print.
Pros (+) Hotel was clean and room was nice.
Cons (-) Since hotel is located interior of the Casino, the cigarette smoke was most off putting. Room across the hall from our had security present three times in the wee hours, so sleep was continually interrupted for three hours.
Pros (+) Quiet and clean rooms, comfy bed, helpful staff. Overall good experience.
Cons (-) Coffee in room could be tastier, but that's the only issue we could find.
