Pros (+) Booked online, and when we arrived he said his internet was down, so he didn't get our reservation, and no double bed rooms available. Offered 2 rooms, at a reduced rate, but was still more than we were originally going to pay, and we didn't want to split the family up.
Cons (-) We were basically stuck without a room, and had to make several stops to different motels trying to find a room. Guys at the Topaz motel saved the day for us.
