Ac unit was noisy
Ac unit noisy. Had to keep window open
The staff was friendly and helpful. If they did nor know the answer to an inquiry, they asked other members for the answer. The hotel cost was very reasonable.

Right next to all your favorites: Chick-fil-e, Raisin Cain’s, Starbucks, Smash Burger, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Wal Mart, Target, etc. But still close enough to the Grand Canyon! That’s the best part.
The hallways on the second floor smelled like a convalescent home lol
The hotel is located perfectly for any activity associated with the NAU campus. The included breakfast and complimentary drinks make it a really affordable hotel for the area.
The room was decently kept but the shower would clog up after running the water for a short period of time. The pull-out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and was not even an option to sleep on. The mattress provided little to no padding. The beds were actually much smaller than a normal hotel room and they were equipped with very uncomfortable pillows.
They overcharged me!
Best Value - incredible free made to order breakfast and free cocktails and apps in the evening.
Nice facility in a convenient location.
Was woken up by a loud screeching noise from the air handler at 0530 AM. Staff tried to have me wait until morning for technician. I had to argue and the demand another room. The staff member told me he would give me a discount to the rate which I never received. I brought this up with the front desk upon checkout and was again told they would take care of it but again, it never happened. I will be complaining to Hilton corporate.
1. Breakfast bar featuring omlets to order. 2. 'Social hour from 5:00-7:30 PM with free well drinks. 3. Helpful friendly staff. 4. All the amenities you could want.
Great location, but heavy traffic made it hard to enter at times. This is not a new building so some of the features are dated.
