Cons: The sheets were very stiff both nights. The room felt damp and the towels were damp when we arrived. The floors have stains and the walls have unpainted drywall repair. The toilet leaked randomly and it just felt dirty overall.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: TV remote didn't work. That's the only negative.

Cons: Cleaner bathrooms, there was hair all over the towels, the floor and shower. The bathroom door was filthy. It was not worth the price I paid.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable, curtain wouldn't close all the way, you can feel the cold air blowing under the door and to top it off we had to find another room the second night of our stay at a different location at midnight because the party next door spilt over to our door front making it hard to get our kids/baby back into our room and when I went to the front office I was told the party was being cleaned up. But it certainly didn't look that way with people still play games, drinking and smoking 15 min later. I will not be staying at this location again.

Cons: Check-in was at 2pm but our room wasn't ready until 3pm so we had to wait in the parking lot.

Cons: They did not provide bottles of water in the room. Other than that room was nice and clean. I have nothing negative when I stayed there.

Cons: We had a problem with our shower clogging up so we couldn't take showers the first night because by the time we realized it the maintenance man was already gone. The next day it got fixed around noon but one of the front desk workers let my husband take a shower in another empty room since he had to work.

Cons: Loved everything.

Cons: Noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms are not sleek and modern like the pictures suggest, but a little dark and depressing. There were renovations going on, so perhaps things will improve. The hotel seemed unfinished and not yet ready for guests. The room could really use a desk, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and a paint job.

Cons: Motel is filled with long term families with children who scream at all hours.

Cons: Pool was down. There should be a discount in the middle of July when your pool is not usable.

Cons: Booked a room for tonight in Flagstaff AZ. Drove 5 hours to get here. Pulled up to find a sign saying the front desk personal would be back shortly. 20 minutes later and 10 people in the waiting the guy finally comes out of another room with two other people and they have beer bottles in there hand. After waiting for others to check in that came after me I was told they were all booked up. The employee who checked me in has me in a smoking room although I requested a none smoking room. I asked if I could as lest be in a room downstairs (seeing that there are people walking around the parking lot and I was in fear of having my vehicle broken into) and he said he couldn’t do that either. Also the AC unit is broken because there is a freon leak. He offered to give me a discount and I would be charged $80 but then once he seen I had already booked and paid $110 he no longer could discount anything. I can’t believe how bad this room smell and I’m ashamed to have my kids in this room. I can’t wait for this night to be over. I am 100% unhappy with the service and quality of this motel.

Cons: We booked and paid for 4 people, but they only had towels for 2 in the room. Apparently one of the ways they keep costs down is by having their guests get their own towels, as there were several others in the lobby getting extra towels, too.

Cons: Parking lot could be perceived as a little unsecure.

Cons: Pet urine odor. We reported it to front desk they told us they will chang the room or have some on clean it. They did not clean the room or move us to another room. Towels were extremely dirty

Cons: Got too hot in room due to thermostat not going down lower than a certain degree. Either hot or off. As it was snowing outside we did appreciate walking into a warm room. Simply turned heater off at night till it got too cold in room.

Cons: Hotel didnt clean our room every day, they do exchange towels out for fresh ones but thats it, we stayed three nights and never got our bed made or room picked up. The rooms are very small but up to date. We would stay here again the GOOD out weights the BAD.

Cons: The Wi-Fi speed was extremely bad (dial-up days bad). Went to the reception, an employee told me that the Manager would later reboot the server or something. Even in the middle of the night, when no one was using the bandwidth I could not even get 1Mbps

Cons: Wifi was not available - only at an additional charge. A bit of a let-down compared to similars hotels.

Cons: Dodgy people walking through the lot; didn't feel completely safe outside at night. The room was clean and fine if a bit small for four people, but it definitely seemed overpriced for a basic but clean motel.

Cons: Not a lot of sound proofing and it is located near the freeway. The bathroom had a disproportionate amount of room that made the room feel small. No fridge, microwave, or table inside the room. Most of all, obtained a reservation through hotels.com in which it was not fully disclosed up front that the price negotiated did not include an additional 30% charge. 10% went towards taxes which was somewhat disclosed but the other 20% was told to me from the hotel staff as a fee that goes to hotels.com for booking a room at this hotel through them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: Needs weren't very comfortable, but it wad about what you'd expect.

Cons: Older facility in need of some repairs, such as peeling wallpaper and cracked tiles in the restroom.

Cons: The door on the bathroom wouldn't close all the way. The bathroom vent on the ceiling wasn't screwed in so it was hanging making this loud drone when i'm use. The beds are of the box spring type.

Cons: It was definitely an older motel. There was an old vent with chipping paint my toddler would not leave it alone. There was a carpet "base board" it was not attached to the wall completely near the vent and sharp staples were exposed. This wouldn't normally have bothered me but with a one year old we were constantly having to keep him out of trouble. The bathroom door didn't shut properly but as a family sharing a room it didn't cause an issue.

Cons: Carpet was peeling, toilet took about 4 flushes to get anything down, shower knob might as well have been a safe tumblr, had like 5 off positions and I ended up burning myself multiple times with scalding hot water. But at least we had hot water unlike the other rooms. Sink wouldn't drain, bed left my back sore, pillows were hard ad a rock. Found empty liqour bottles behind the bed. Only one roll of toilet paper and one bath towel even though I reserved a room for two adults. The RFID keys they gave us were real finicky. All the door frames were warped, couldn't Latch the bathroom door. Had vagrants approaching me for change when I was sitting outside my room. I've had better living accommodations in Afghanistan.

Cons: I'm pretty sure a stain on the bath mat looked like feces and the shower didn't really work (the tab was impossible to pull up and so only a little water would come through). The room smelled as though it may have been a smoking room though it said non smoking. Our reservation stated queen and we had two fulls. Overall though I didn't expect more for the price, got a good nights sleep and moved on with our trip.

Cons: Older motel but updated and comfortable.

Cons: no heat. which in flagstaff is pretty essential for the fall and winter. I pulled the blankets off the other beds to stay warm and spent the morning in the bathroom after it warmed up with the shower.

Cons: There was a muggy smell when we first arrived but aired out quickly and the a/c and wall heater were a little old but worked fine. The breakfast is just pastries & juice, but still good :)

Cons: paper-thin walls brought the immediate neighbors, and all the traffic (and there's a lot of it), into the room freezer door (in the fridge) was broken no channel guide for the tv wi-fi was a very bad joke - so slow, I gave up waiting for any page to load

Cons: Poor accommodations, including no phone in room, no desk or chair to work at, dark colors in room. Nothing like the pictures used to advertise the facility. Fire safety hazards such as one outlet have a three-way strip plugged in, and a power strip connected to that power strip that in turn powered the fridge, microwave, coffee pot and a light, really surprised the fire department hasn't fined them or shut them down. And the walls are paper thin, heard everything going on in the adjacent room, every single moan. Not sure if the L stands for "low budget" or just "love". Sure, the price was low, but it still was too much.

Cons: Cleanliness in rooms, very dusty. Some outlets did not function including the bathroom sink outlet. Some stuff was falling apart.

Cons: All the local 'budget' motels in the area require filling out the same 'generic' post card at check in (no business name, driver license into, etc.. all identical... Etc..... Very sketchy! Identity theft? Who's running a scheme?

Cons: They only had decaff coffee for the pot in the room. That probably isn't the norm, though.

Cons: Realize that my opinion is colored by paying $200/night for a room due to being Northern Arizona University graduation weekend. Considered it a $60/night kind of place. Old motel with some updates but don't expect anything "new". Temp in 30's and old heat did not work when we first arrived and room was in low 60's. Eventually did but took a while. Bathroom floor ice cold, thank goodness for the hot water. One bed had extreme sag, other was comfortable.

Cons: Carpets were pretty gnarly, place was under a state of construction at the moment and there was a lot of ewaste in the parking lot.

Cons: wifi did not work despite promises it would be fixed shortly, young adults stomping up stairs all night, loud neighbors all night, body hair in the shower from previous tenant, thin walls.

Cons: Rooms are very small. Had to climb over a bed to use the closet. Bathroom was small. This place is old and not very clean. Very small parking lot.

Cons: Tons of extra fees. Extremely rude staff. Dirty facilities. Kayak should not do business with this establishment. I was third in line to check in (which took me about 45 minutes) and watched as the manager scammed everyone out of various fees to the tune of about $50 per person. Then they told me I’d need to switch rooms every day because the room I had booked was no longer available. When I told them that was unacceptable the manager yelled and told me I could stay elsewhere. He then refused to give me my receipt that I’d signed. Very strange place. I would not feel safe there.

Cons: Room was extremely small, the incredibly loud heater blows directly at the pillows on the bed and in your face. Terrible insulation, floor was damp and cold. There was tile stairway directly outside the door where people drug wheeled luggage up and down all night making a ton of noise. 3 of the 4 towels in the bathroom had holes in them and we had to remove the shower head to get enough water to even rinse off and the water never got hotter than lukewarm.
