Having central air and heating was amazing instead of just having a fan on the wall. The bathroom was clean and amazing.
Clean, hot showers, new mattresses
Got too hot in room due to thermostat not going down lower than a certain degree. Either hot or off. As it was snowing outside we did appreciate walking into a warm room. Simply turned heater off at night till it got too cold in room.
Most things were good for the price
The Wi-Fi speed was extremely bad (dial-up days bad). Went to the reception, an employee told me that the Manager would later reboot the server or something. Even in the middle of the night, when no one was using the bandwidth I could not even get 1Mbps
Pet urine odor in room 103
Pet urine odor. We reported it to front desk they told us they will chang the room or have some on clean it. They did not clean the room or move us to another room. Towels were extremely dirty
Nothing at all
Booked a room for tonight in Flagstaff AZ. Drove 5 hours to get here. Pulled up to find a sign saying the front desk personal would be back shortly. 20 minutes later and 10 people in the waiting the guy finally comes out of another room with two other people and they have beer bottles in there hand. After waiting for others to check in that came after me I was told they were all booked up. The employee who checked me in has me in a smoking room although I requested a none smoking room. I asked if I could as lest be in a room downstairs (seeing that there are people walking around the parking lot and I was in fear of having my vehicle broken into) and he said he couldn’t do that either. Also the AC unit is broken because there is a freon leak. He offered to give me a discount and I would be charged $80 but then once he seen I had already booked and paid $110 he no longer could discount anything. I can’t believe how bad this room smell and I’m ashamed to have my kids in this room. I can’t wait for this night to be over. I am 100% unhappy with the service and quality of this motel.
Clean and newly remodeled. Friendly and professional front desk clerks. Fairly quiet. Perfect for overnight stay.
Parking lot could be perceived as a little unsecure.
Everything was great. Food near by, gas station near by
Last half our 16 day road trip.
Good location, room was clean enough. Not bad for the price
Needs weren't very comfortable, but it wad about what you'd expect.
The hotel is close to some good eateries and the highway towards Grand Canyon. The room was clean. Overall good value for the price.
Wifi was not available - only at an additional charge. A bit of a let-down compared to similars hotels.
Clean motel for one night
The room was clean.
Dodgy people walking through the lot; didn't feel completely safe outside at night. The room was clean and fine if a bit small for four people, but it definitely seemed overpriced for a basic but clean motel.
We booked and paid for 4 people, but they only had towels for 2 in the room. Apparently one of the ways they keep costs down is by having their guests get their own towels, as there were several others in the lobby getting extra towels, too.
