By the time I arrived they offered an upgrade because of the high season they didn’t have the unit I asked for, and I didn’t take it because was going to increase my budget for the insurance, so they wanted to compensate searching for a unit in other location, but I was lucky that a client arrived with the unit I reservedCons:

Cons:
The SUV I reserved was not there. Waited three and a half hours for resolution. Nothing. Couldn’t get one alternate vehicle because it needed an oil change. Couldn’t get a van because it needed registration renewal but it had permanent tags. Manager called corporate and person who could sign off didn’t return four phone messages in those three and a half hours. Left very upset with no vehicle.2.4 Poor

Took an hour and 20 minutes to receive a car after we called right when they opened and confirmed we’d be coming and needed a car to drive 2 hours to make a flight. Horrible service.10.0 Wonderful

The car itself was fine, it was a good price and had no issues.Cons:
The staff were all pretty young and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They were overbooked and didn't have a car for me at the time of my scheduled pickup. I ended up with a smaller car than what I had reserved and was not discounted the price; but after an hour of waiting there with two small children I needed to get going so I didn't have much choice but to take it. Dropping off the car was no better. I waited 20 minutes just to drop it off. The office was again full of people waiting for cars because they were overbooked. New management is definitely needed here. I will not rent a car from this location again. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental place.Budget

The car was much smaller than we booked for, we couldn't fit all of our luggage. There was no larger car available. The car was FILTHY. Dried up milk in the back, food all over the floor, dust and dirt all over the back seat, car seat left inside, splattered drinks in the center console.. it was disgusting.10.0 Wonderful
