Pros (+) Decent hotel if the staff cared.
Cons (-) When we were trying to sleep there was a party on the floor. Called security and they did nothing. Then we called the police and they did nothing as well.

Pros (+) warm cookies in lobby
Cons (-) The breakfast was not complimentary. The chef and omelets to order is a nice touch, but should be an option.

Pros (+) We have stayed here before and they have remodeled since. Very tasteful decor. The rooms are large and the beds are awesome. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love that they had coffee, snacks and wine available throughout the day. The cookies were delicious.
