During the booking process Kayak just added besides my wish San Jose airport also Oakland airport. It was my bad that I did not check in detail prior to final booking but at the end I rented a car at a location, which I could not cancel or switch station. Money was wasted, therefore. I blame besides my own foolishness also the research form from kayak. Last car rental with kayak for me :(Reviewed 18 Aug 2024

Pros:Pick up and drop off were pretty fast and easy!Cons:Car wasn't super clean, damage on the outside, sounded like it needed some work under the hood, but everything went ok and no surprise fees! I think I would pay a little more to have a cleaner car next time.Reviewed 1 Apr 2021

Pros:There were no cars available (they don't do same day reservations) and the staff was super unhelpful helping me troubleshoot.Cons:A warning message about not accepting same day reservations and if not, at least being willing to help troubleshoot and find a different car with a different rental car company.Reviewed 29 Mar 2021
