This is just a very shady company. They are very untrustworthy. They never give you the vehicle you're promised and it's usually not in the same category. The check-in process is so long. I've used them twice and I will never use them again.

First car they gave me had no washer fluid - then I stopped and filled it up and it still did not work. So , I drive from Hamilton back to the Toronto airport to get a “safe car” where I could clean the windshield. They gave me a different car and gave me the money for the useless fluid that had been out in the other car. So they gave me a different car the next day. Needless to say, this one also has issue. Shame on me for not checking the washer fluid on the second car - because Logan’s behold - the second car had the same issue as the first. Brutal. Also, I got pulled over in burlington by the police the other day as they claimed that the plate on the car was expired and not valid. Wtf? So when I get asked for the ownership - guess what?!? - no ownership paperwork in the car. Do you guys really do this full time? This operation seems pretty unprofessional. I mean - who gives out unsafe cars? Twice? And with zero compensation…. Especially after I called and asked for the manager to call me back after I found the second car was unsafe too - but no call back. The guy at the counter was nice. Excellent friendly service and very good and clean car.

Bait and switch, the price was very cheap online, US$14 per day. I only needed the car overnight in between two flights. When I went to pick it up, they said all these additional things were mandatory and it would be 105€ plus a deposit. I just decided not to take the car, that price is crazy.

Front desk ladies were all super sweet and friendly and seemed genuinely happy

I needed to cancel. Couldn't online. Couldn't via phone with Fox, Expedia or Kayak. Had to physically go to their rental desk to cancel. It was horrible.

Easy pick up and return. Convenient shuttle to airport terminals. No prepayment required, easy no fee cancelations. Cheaper insurance option. Customer ahead of me in line paid less than half my rate with while not meeting the company’s minimum rental standards.

Was told on arrival I couldn’t pick up the car without an international driver license (literally a paper translation of my US license). Had to arrange rental on the spot from another company.
