Cons:The computer was broken, no receipt, no check of car for damage, employees nice but harried.
Cons:Car was not clean and too smelly, not friendly experience
Pros:Nothing. They gave our car away and made us go somewhere else because "they didn't have any cars left" *line of cars parked outside*. Horrible management.

Cons:We stood in line for over an hour and a half to pick up our rental. Some people standing in line made reservations with other rental companies and left. Due to the fact that the pick up location is offsite from the airport, I figured that by time I made a new reservation with another company, cancelled the reservation with Fox, went back to the airport, and transferred to another service, I would be better off staying in line where I was. When I explained my disappointment, I was told that they are the low cost provider and they would understand if I took my business elsewhere. To make matters worse, when evaluating the car before removing it from the premises, they were only concerned with scratches or dents longer than a pen. The car we were provided had several very long scratches and looks abused from the outside. The inside was fine. Generally speaking, Fox is not classy and not interested in quality service or a quality product, which they openly admit.
Cons:Too many hidden costs, too far from airport. Could give better direction how to get shuttles. At drop off shuttle should bring to airline terminal not just central rental location at airport.
Pros:The price cannot be beat
Cons:The check-in employees would not honor my original price because I arrived more than three hours after my original reservation due to my plane being delayed. Apparently there is a fox rental rule that your reservation is canceled if you were more than three hours from your scheduled pick up time.My car was also dirty and they did rewash it for me before I left the lot.
