Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty carpets, presence of cockroaches, and stained linens. Service is also criticized, with guests reporting unresponsive staff, communication difficulties, and issues with room allocation. Several guests mention problems with bathroom facilities, such as broken fixtures and poor maintenance. Bed comfort receives some negative feedback as well. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room maintenance.
