Cons: The hairdryer is hidden in one of the night stand besides the bed, resulting from the fact that there is no room to store or place any thing in the bathroom. The rooms are small and such that you only want to use them for sleeping. The gym is uninviting - tiny and poorly equipped.

Cons: Walked in to a smelly bathroom and a non-working tv for three days, which I kept asking for it to be fixed, but no one did anything about it. They did give me a free breakfast to compensate for the non-working tv, but I don’t know which is worse, the tv not working or the breakfast. Fruits seemed a couple of days old, and the eggs weren’t fresh and one person in my group got sick from eating them. No refigerator in the room and the lights were very dim. I asked for a three person room, and so it came with two twin beds and a sofa bed. It felt like the sofa bed was not intended for a human being to sleep on to be honest. The matteress was about 50 pieces of paper thin. The staff were kind enough to bring me a roll-away bed, which I think was meant for a child, not a 25 year old adult. For the price I paid, which is above $200 per night, it’s definitely not worth the money and I don’t understand how it is a 4 star hotel. I will definitely not stay here again.
