Nice, clean and secure. Nothing to not likr
I loved the location. The grounds around the office were gorgeous and adorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from.
She was rude at time of check in. She expressed frustration, stating that all of us soccer families were coming in at the same time and she was not ready because people were checking out. As this may have been the case, she did relay to the incoming guest. Left a bad taste.
Drains in sink and tub didn't work properly TV sound didn't work at all
Location, good breakfast Oddor in elevator
We enjoyed our stay is was nice and comfortable
Great place to stay, staff was very friendly.
Locations and helpful staff. Facilities is showing wear and tear.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel certainly not up to the old Hilton standards but guess they have changed. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Mild noise but nothing more than all hotels. The room I was in was quite warm but use of AC made it too cool -- didn't appear to be sn in-between. Sadly it was too loud outside due to traffic to open windows
During the night the room would get cold then all of a sudden the room would get warm. The mattress on the bed sank in the middle and the pillows were uncomfortable. We will not be back.
The entire property was neat and tidy inside and out. The manager (owner?) was very well experienced and helpful. The cleaning person grossly over did it with the antiseptic. There was no cross ventilation and no fresh air from the noisy A/C. We gagged all night.
Quit, clean. Not all the lights worked.
I'm trying to find a positive note but it's more challenging than I wish it was. I know it's a cheap hotel. So I wasn't surprised when the towels were stained, the shampoo and conditioner was missing from the bathroom and the pillows were lumpy. That's fine. Within what I would expect from a cheap hotel. What I was really upset about was the complete lack of customer service skills from the man at the front desk on Saturday afternoon. The toilet was not flushing properly and we were on our way out the door for a wedding. We called the front desk on our way out to alert them (around 3:30p) and he told me his housekeepers had already gone home. We requested to be moved to another room if they were unable to fix the toilet. He said they were fully booked but he had a plunger at the front whenever we were ready to use it. part of what I expect to pay for in a hotel is customer service. When something is wrong, they should be responsible for fixing it. But instead, the expectation was that we as the guests fix it instead. Totally unacceptable. I will never choose ramada again.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was modest but clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. We would stay there again.
The only issue in the room we stayed in was that the shower curtan was dirty and there was mold in the grout of the shower and along the caulking on the outside of the shower.
They have a pool, amenities are close by, complementary breakfast with waffle maker!!! My non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigs inside the night before.
The pool looks better in the picture on the Web and is not is dirty and no towels at the pool. Restroom was dirty at the pool area
Location only. Our phone in the room did not work, had to change rooms because toilet was not functioning properly, and bath tub and shower showed mold and mildew.
Very near Gilroy Chelsea Premium Outlets, spacious room, free internet, free parking, laundromat, value for money. They even have those hotel-type luggage trolleys you can borrow to facilitate the transportation of your luggage to your car. No
The staff. They did not have my reservations and could care less
I liked the breakfast. They had two types of cereal, cinnamon rolls, make your own waffles, toast, oatmeal. Drinks included orange juice, apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. If you need a place to stay for a night and hardly in the hotel this would be perfect. Room also came with a microwave and rmini fridge. View of the outlets through the window. I didn't like the comforter. It looks like a 90s style blanket. The tv is outdated.the bathroom door didn't stay open on it's own. It was held open by a mini trash can.
This hotel met all of our basic needs and was a reasonable value for the price. The bed was decently comfortable. The finishes were very poor and there was a lot of wall damage in the room and bathroom. The tub floor was very dirty. The hotel did not provide much in regard to toiletries. WiFi was free but painfully slow. For the price though, I can't complain too much.
The staff was excellent and very helpful. They were very quick with the check in and check out. The room was a bit on the older side and needed updating. Breakfast was too early -- 5am-9am on the weekends is too early for travelers. It should be till 10am on the weekends.
For a lower end price range hotel it offered a lot of great amenities like the microwave and refrigerator in the room, it has a nice pool and the breakfast waffle bar was great. The staff was friendly. The roms were lean but they could use a little up dating.
It was convenient, affordable and met what we needed for our trip - a place to stay They could not immediately find my reservation
It smelled like somebody was smocking in the room, flood was sticky, some white stuff in the toilet, very poor cleaning services. Did not like it at all.
shower pressure was low. heater was not workign you either get icy cold or super hot water
I appreciated the low cost of the room and the vacinity to nearby outlet shopping center and Gilroy Gardens. We had to go to the front counter to get extra items such as, an iron and ironing board and towels, but the staff was very curteous. I'd reccommend this place if you are looking for low cost and a short stay, but if you need any kind of luxery this is not the place for you. The things I'd like the hotel to imporve are; the bathtubs need to be cleaned with soft scrub, or something that gets the grime up and there is a tear in the carpet on the baseboard as you walk into the room. The rooms are very small and there is no counter space for toiletries, but this may not be something you can improve upon.
Great location, close to restaurants and freeway Staff was not very helpful. The walls are too thin, breakfast was just coffee and danishes
Nice gentleman at the desk, big and very clean room, free Wi-fi, clean pool (though we didn't use it), just off Hwy 101 and minutes away from the malls, suitable for a final stop going to San Francisco. Good Value for money. Shrink-wrapped breakfast, coffee wasn't very delicious.
This was the only "cheap" motel available for a last minute stay. We still paid $200 for the one night. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was stuffy. The street outside was loud. The AC was loud.
Beds were comfy Room was filthy. Sink was broken. Repair man didn't arrive until after 8 pm to fix the sink. There was a group of construction workers staying here that drank and partied very loudly till very late at night on a Tuesday in the parking lot right outside our room. My kids and I barely slept. "Breakfast" was old toast and bad coffee.
The bed was ok Room smelled of heavy chemicals , and the room need to be cleaned better . There were dirty corners of the walls in the bathroom
The "breakfast" was sparse even for a continental breakfast (a couple cold cereals, bread for toast and mini muffins, coffee and juice)
24hr service, the general store n restaurant convenience. Right off the freeway very convenient. Friendly n curtious staff. Price for room very affordable. Lots of lighting in parking lot. If your squeemish about homeless people or trucks coming n going this place is not for u.. I don't mind these things to me their petty n part of life's reality. Other than that its more than I could ask for considering the price.
you get what you paid for Very dirty room, people fighting outside the room at 6 oclock in the morning not good customer
The price I am always on a budget so I cant spend much but there are places I need to go And the cable was good lots of stations and bed was very clean it was quiet for a friday night to The carpet is old dont let that scare you but bring your own shower head old shower heads water does not really come out
The TV worked. If I had another choice I would have left the place. Window coverings broken, window exposed.Smoke alarm was in the table drawer.Bathroom light had 3 of 4 bulbs, only 2 worked.Chair in the room had one broken leg. A hole in bathroom wall had q-tips in it.
It never mentioned being above a mini mart for a gas station. The floor was dirty, and so was our blankets. It was disappointing after a long day. They need to be a bit more honest about there location and what they offer.
This is a short stay motel/ welfare motel/truck stop/ gas station all in one with all sorts of undavory people hanging out.
Price No room service !
Location Mattress cover and sheet were dirty on the first day. Dirty stairs.
Night staff helpfulness Too old, too noisy, too dirty,
Nothing Motel over convienence store at truck stop, noisey & congested!..Front desk was in store, long wait..limited parking..Room had one light at door....used towel on bath floor..bed messily made..1 channel on tv..remote inop. ONLY MOTEL I EVER WALKED OUT OF!
I booked a room in October for a weekend in February. When I got to the hotel the guy had already given my 2 rooms away. Staff was not a people person what so ever. I ended up staying in Hollister.
They didnt run out of hot water. Not enough blankets on the bed.
It was very clean and the price was right! Beds and bathroom/shower were very clean. Close to HWY 101. Parked right in front of our room (just a few steps away). Shower was hard spraying water, but the bathroom/shower was very clean so not really complaining about this at all.
nothing, should not have been a 2 star option on priceline... one word 'motel'. I was misled into thinking that a 2 star hotel would be like a Days Inn or a Comfort inn. They didn't even have a Free continental breakfast....
none Both smell and service were bad. I used Express Deal for 2 stars hotel, but given 1 star. The hotel rating as 1 star and some bad reviews, so i used Express Deal for 2 Star to avoid this one; so i had no idea why given this one which i really don't like.
Staff were helpful, room was clean Room was tiny, bedding and towels poor quality, much too expensive for the location, amenities and room
the possibility to park directly in front of your room. (goodluck) paper thin walls.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Nothing, it was the worst Hotel since I have been using Priceline which is last eight years. I don't understand how did you give this Hotel 2 Stars. It seems like you have cheated us. Everything, From Hotel Staff to Hotel Room.
The location is good, right on main thoroughfare within walking distance to dining and convenience stores. Room is cheap, moreso than what other similar options cost in the area. The staff was a bit rude when I asked about the vending machine on their property taking money without dispensing products. They didn't want to deal with it and told me 'sorry sir, we can't help you with that'.
The room and bathroom was very clean and quite OK. The motel is nicely kept. Very loud music from adjacent pub. Trains passing by. Be sure to bring ear plugs.
The greeter was nice. The room was awful, small, decorated worse than a dorm room. The was awful. The clientele was low class and scary. There was no shampoo or extra toilet paper. The sheets were cheap. I hated this hotel.
Location. The owner was not very friendly.
Family owned with a very friendly staff. Surfaces on furniture, counters, and in the bathroom had a greasy film; had to wipe them down with a napkin. It may be caused by the cleaning chemicals housekeeping uses. Train tracks are right next to the property.
The staff is awesome! The bed was hard but I sleep on a tempurpedic at home so it's probably not a fair comparison.
Was very attractive and modern looking. 1. Hollow doors which made for hearing a lot of outside noise. 2. The doors in my room were somewhat broken, I couldn't open the door without extreme force at times. 3. The window curtains did not close 100 percent so there was always extra light that kept me from sleeping easily.
Location Beds were soft & linens were poor fit that made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Not as clean as I expected. Spa wasn't working. Not worth the price charged.
The pool was great for the kids after a long day of soccer games!
Excellent and friendly staff. Fresh baked cookies abundantly available. Nice design. Comfortable. Abundant parking. Next door to Denny's for 24 hour dining.
Upon check-in, the door to our room would not work and the desk attendant was very apologetic and quickly reassigned us a different room which was much quieter and faced away from the highway. The room was small, but comfortable and the bathroom was really large. The inside corridors were very hot and stuffy. There was a little noise from the freeway, but that's to be expected when you're staying right next to it.
Room was a bit worn but clean. Everything was in working order. Front desk staff didn't know hotel policies. Hallways were dirty. Outside door didn't close properly making security a concern.
Location is good. The place is quite dirty, and in disrepair. Bad smells and urine stains on window seat/nap cushion below window. I've never stayed at a Microtel before this, but would not do so again.
All pleasant None
Only two locks in the room and both did not work. And we could not be accommodated in another room. Water spill by ice machine left unattended for half a day. Hair in new towels. Some front desk staff indifferent as if you are an annoyance for requesting things. Breakfast hard boiled egg with no sausage or bacon and cheap small pastries. Not bad hotel if you like being in hotels with motorcycle biker, truck drivers etc. no fridge, no microwave.
It was the best price around for a chain motel, flat screen tv No iron, no coffee in room, tiny room, the breakfast juice machine broken and the hotel didn't even provided water for guests, nothing to drink!!!
The bed was comfortable. The lobby carpeting had stains everywhere which is gross as that's the first thing you see when you walk in. In the room, there was no iron/ironing board so I had to ask for one. The bathroom was old and outdated beyond what I have ever seen before. It reminded me of a hospital bathroom. There was no mini fridge to store my leftover dinner I was going to take to work the next day. I booked this room online prior to seeing the facility first. Will never stay here again & do not recommend.
The rooms ( for the most part) are really pretty nice. ( I had three rooms during my 14 hour stay). 1st room: blow dryer caught on fire in my hand!! Mini fridge not cold. 2nd room: missing closet doors, air conditioner cover pulled off 3rd room: hard bed, air conditioning swings from very cold to uncomfortably hot all night long Management made no attempt to check on me or even see how badly I was burned, didn't offer to comp the room either.
I really like the location. It's quiet. The pool wasn't that big, but I like that it's an indoor pool. Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was stuffy if the AC wasn't on. The AC goes off and on on auto. We couldn't leave it to on only. It didn't work when we press on that.
This hotel was is in HORRIBLE condition! Broken toilet seat, big chips in wood on bathroom door, blood-like spots on drapes, cigarette burn on the tv, and on and on... I would never stay here again!
Large room with a couch. There was no water pressure, had to have maintenance come and increase pressure to a trickle for the shower to operate. The shower was falling apart. The electrical outlets didn't work. The bed was hard. The breakfast was terrible.
the employee at the front desk I hated everything first of all when we got to the room the door was open to the room then the carpet and sofa were dirty then when we were all settled in about to lay down on the bed we see this flee on the pillow so we decided to get a refund and get out of there
NOTHING!! I can say the location was good. The place is disgusting!! Filthy, run down. Needs updating badly. Even a coat of paint and some decent furniture to sit on. Don't know how old the couch in our room was but one side of it sagged it was so worn. The window in this place have to be 30 years old!! Could easily break into these rooms on the ground floor.
We were returning from a trip out of the country and needed a place to stay over before driving home the following day. It was a bit of a drive from the San Jose airport, but VERY worth it! Despite being close to the freeway, the Quality Inn was perfect. Quiet, romantic, and a great value. The property was clean, some of the furnishings were worn and had obviously had full lives, but were clean. We were disappointed that when we tried the hot tub, it was not warm enough to get in. The pool had just cracked, we didn't mind that, but would have liked to have used the spa =) Overall, a great experience, would stay here again.
The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. The room "felt" clean, but the smell indicated otherwise. The odor in the room was overwhelming with the smell of a locker room or dirty socks perhaps. The coffee at breakfast was not fresh, and as a result, not drinkable.
