Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, describing it as beautiful, peaceful, and convenient for both relaxation and access to town. The pool and leisure facilities were also frequently highlighted as a positive feature, with several guests enjoying the amenities. However, many reviews noted issues with service, including unwelcoming staff, poor communication, and slow or inattentive responses. Cleanliness was another concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, run-down facilities, and maintenance problems. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it overpriced or lacking in quality. Overall, while the setting and pool were appreciated, service and cleanliness fell short of expectations for many guests.
