Located in Tremblay-en-France, citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle is within a 15-minute drive of Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and Parc Asterix. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out.
Pros: Comfortable bed, easybpmcheck in and out
Cons: One person has to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. No bathmat, had to use one of our hand towels.
Pros: Close to the RER stop at CDG terminal 1, and easy access to all three CDG terminals. Rapid and easy automated check-in and check-out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesitation staying at a citizenM hotel again.
Cons: Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.
Pros: Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks
Cons: Great staff service offer to contact taxi but high priced just to CDG 2 A
Pros: Very modern and clean.
Good service and in-room amenities.
Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out
Walking distance to the Airport
Cons: price was a little higher
Pros: Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude.
Cons: We didn't stay in paris Long enough.
At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
Pros: small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Pros: very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms
Cons: shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Pros: Clean room with comfortable beds. The tech gadgets in the room and the entertainment system were excellent
Cons: Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite the fact that there was a staff member behind the bar. I asked if we could take a bottle of beer ( in the refrigerator ) to the room and the staff member made it clear he didn't want to answer the same question more than once. I've been to Paris many times and I don't recall a midnight curfew for alcohol. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they hadn't marketed the 24/7 canteen so heavily. The service was essentially hostel service.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Pros: Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad.
Cons: No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Pros: I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons: The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.
Pros: I was a honor member but did not have my members number on me at the time of check in but they gave me free WIFI on my word and came down with the information later that evening. I appreciate the honor service
Cons: Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was coming from vacation and I had spent most of my Euro's by the time I was checking out of hotel.
Located in the North of Paris, in the heart of the main French Airport, the Pullman Paris Roissy CDG Airport hotel is a top-of-the-range stopover. It offers a unique relaxation area with sauna, steam and fitness rooms. The Culinaire Bazaar restaurant and its bar open onto a tree-lined terrace. The meeting rooms have views of the slopes From 10th to 17th December 2018, the swimming pool will be closed.
Pros: friendly, helpful lobby staff
check-in clerk took us directly to room.
Cons: no place to unload vehicle on arrival.
10 minutes to circle back to parking garage.
then found remote space, carried luggage through confusing hallways to tiny elevator, then 200 meters to lobby checkin desk.
Horrible, frustrating experience after 4 hour drive.
Restaurant service was awful.
20 minutes to get everyone's drink orders taken and corrected.
Never an offer to refill water or wine.
another hour to get entrees. - arrived cold and congealed.
fire alarm at 4AM disturbed us- no notification as to whether it was real or a prank.
15 minutes to turn it off.
When you stay at Nomad Hotel Roissy CDG in Le Mesnil-Amelot, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Parc Asterix and Aeroville Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Efficient, modern, clean and an excellent staff.
Pros: Loved the tech and modern design. Shower was wonderful as well!
Cons: Hotel is very efficient, so do not expected much space.
Pros: Close to the airport and free shuttle
Cons: Their iPad that controls the rooms was hard to use. I don't know if it was a real iPad... didn't seem like it. I asked for a wake up call and they told me to set it on my room-provided iPad which didn't work. I stuck with the iPhone alarm I already had set and let go of a back-up alarm. The room was small and tight to open my suitcase. The shower was high tech, meaning I couldn't figure out how to turn on only the shower heads I wanted, as I didn't want to get my hair wet. It felt like it was designed by engineers and lacked some ease of use for people who have different styles of seeing things.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff and overall great place to stay. I highly recommend
Pros: Looked like the room was designed by IKEA-our favorite store. Modular Furniture was great-move to suit your preference. The tablet controller gave us no problem and the shower was fun with its many spray options. Both dinner and breakfast were well presented and tasty.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Pros: Great high tech modern hotel. It was interesting using a tablet to control everything in the room but was easy to use. Bed was comfortable & shower was huge. I stayed one night to catch a flight the next day. The free shuttle was great. They have a buffet or snacks. Room was clean & quiet.
Cons: I bought a snack & the breakfast buffet. Food wasn't very good so I'd suggest bringing your own snacks.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was good in the restaurant.
Cons: Location wasn’t the best, small town nearby with a couple food options but hard to get anywhere without a car.
Pros: The beds and the pillows blankets were fantastically comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was a rip off. There's nothing around this hotel but industrial buildings, so it forces you to eat at the restaurant. It was €20 per person for breakfast. My wife elected not to get the breakfast. However, she had one of my croissants and a drink of my orange juice and the staff, who was watching everybody like intrusive babysitters, required her to then purchase an entire breakfast since she had a croissant. Off of my plate.
Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, Breakfast was Excellent, shuttle service was great, I would stay there again. Thank you
Pros: The location is great
Cons: We have stayed here in the past. It was never great, but was at least clean and convenient. This hotel needs a major renovation. missing tile in bathroom, mildew, electrical outlets covered with tape, lights burned out or not working, extremely slow drain in sink.
Pros: Room clean
Cons: No gym
Pros: Julia at the front desk is a great asset to you. Friendly, personable and a willingness to assist.
Cons: My phone call to housekeeping which might have been answered by a male was who gave me a very negative response to an Internet connection issue.
Pros: The hotel was very close to the airport, the staff was very friendly, they had a great breakfast set up and the room was clean.
Cons: I would have to say that the only thing that made the experience less enjoyable was the lack of mattress quality. It was very still making me feel like I was laying on a board. it made the nights rest less desirable.
Pros: Outstanding staff, efficient, polite and helpful
Perfectly sited close to the airport , within 10 minutes with hotel shuttle
Great breakfast buffet
Pros: The staff are top notch, breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms have always been very comfortable and well furnished. There is a large garden in the back of the property, spacious seating options, a gorgeous piano, welcoming bar are and fantastic shuttle service. My favorite airport hotel for this location.
Cons: The pool and spa facilities are temporarily down due to remodeling, but this was known in advance.

Pros: The beds were great and the staff were helpful
Cons: Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.
Pros: Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
Pros: big bed. the room had nice furniture.
very nice pool and spa area.

Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel, a unique location in Roissy International Airport. Walk straight from your plane into a warm and welcoming environment. All the 240 rooms and 12 suites are fully soundproofed and equipped with the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience bed. Discover our Sheraton Club, the upside of everything: come together and share experiences in our warm Club Lounge. Stay fit while travelling in our Sheraton fitness room.
Pros: Proximity of my departure gate, food is ok , silent, beds are comfortable free WiFi
Cons: Price varies but can be be high,
Pros: Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle.
Cons: Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Pros: As as SPG i was able to pay with points, though they asked a lot of points.
Cons: There is only one line of elevators so if you are located at one of the extremes of the building there is a lot of walking necessary.
Pros: Every time I stay, I remember why I love the CDG Sheraton. It's conveniently located near both the SNCF/TGV trains as well as terminal w/flights back to USA. Restaurant inside hotel and outside. Quiet, despite being IN the airport and jets outside window. And, while always would like to pay less, very good deal. If you stay outside, you'd still have to get a cab or bus to airport and wake up early; might as well stay in Sheraton and not stress. Highly recommend.
Cons: Hard to find something I don't like ... price? But while it's price is rather high, still better than staying outside, plus cab to get to airport and extra stress. Well worth staying there.
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
Pros: Convenient, but at a cost. The rooms are small but very comfortable.
Cons: I was very disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room; instant coffee powder with only two creamers; the only way to replenish is by calling room service; only one bottle of water per room per day! I asked the maid for extra coffee & creamer but they don’t keep them on the cart. Too bad because when you’re dealing with exhaustion and jet lag it’s nice to be able to prepare a couple of cups of coffee or tea in the convenience of your room without having to call room service .
Pros: Generally up to Sheraton standard. The end.
Cons: Shower had no pressure and temp fluctuated. Needs to have power outlets near the nightstands.
Admire the dance of the airplanes from your fully renovated room. Located in the heart of the airport, the hotel offers spacious, soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms and suites that are ideal for families. Relax in our bar or sit back in the Novotel Café restaurant during your layover; you're only a few minutes from the airport terminals. Take advantage of the hotel's five meeting rooms for your seminars and business meetings.
Pros: Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2.
Cons: The price was a bit high.
Pros: At airport
Cons: Carpet dirty
Bathroom mildew on tiles
Air freshener too strong
Pros: Fast checkin, helpfull staff, excellent breakfast
Cons: A bit hot in rooms
Pros: Location is great and Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Light switches were broken, bed really uncomfortable and bed covers looked old / dirty.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The food during dinner was terrible. I was expecting Fresh vegetables over frozen and limp ones.
Pros: Nothing great. But nothing bad either.
Good for spending the night before an early flight out of CDG.
The hotel is connected to the Airport transportation lines.
Restaurant is okay, the burger and the club sandwich were good. Salad and were okay, but if you can get food before, youre probably better off.
Pros: A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Pros: Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain.
Cons: When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
Pros: When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.

Pros: Close to the airport, shuttle was convenient and free to the terminal.
Pros: The friendly greeting, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
Pros: Helpful staff, well maintained, great breakfast.
Cons: You must pay to use the computers to get online.
Cons: Being nickel and dime for internet. 9 Euro extra if you did not book through Marriot.
Pros: Clean, restaurant
Cons: Walking distance from gates to the hotel shuttle, no help for elder people, early morning transfer from hotel to airport
Pros: Convenient close to CDG although you sometime have to wait for the shuttle, which is supposed to come every 20'
Lobby bar; lively and with good food
Pros: I was not a fan of this hotel being a Life Time Platium Marriott member I think the staff and management team should be a little more professional and focus on customer service.
Cons: They should not be vacuuming the ducks while guests are having dinner in the restaurant nor should they be changing burnt light bulbs over you when one is eating, this is very insulting and non hygienic. very poor management skills
Enjoy our comfortable, soundproofed rooms including buffet breakfast and light-speed WIFI throughout. We strongly recommend dining at Foody's Planet, where our Princess Leias and Han Solos will welcome you to the restaurant and our chef Darth Julien and his Storm Troopers look forward to taking you on a food journey round the world. Our hotel is a unique base for your holidays, business trips or simply a visit to the lounge.
Pros: Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Location right of terminal 1-3 so no need for hotel shuttle.
Breakfast was included in the room proce and it contained everything from croissants to cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, good coffee and fresh orange juice - all except hot plates. Everything was very fresh amd tasty.
Cons: Hotel is either understaffed or people working there are don't know what they are doing/ bad management...?
Two nights we stayed there downstairs was overloaded with guests waiting to be checked...checking in was taking forever. Because we had two bookings we had to validate our key after the first night (found out about it when we got to our 9th floor to get back again).
Breakfast...like stated in positives was fresh and rich but completely disorganized. The eating area looked like wild bulls just ran through it... there were trays with dirty dishes everywhere: tables, chairs, dish carts...even on the FLOOR- never seen anything like it. I even recorded a video - because no one would believe me... Staff was wondering around all this mess worried more about crumbs on the table...that view was shocking.
Overall very mixed feeling about our stay
Pros: Short walk from public transportation to the city. Quick free train to the airport.Very modern, one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Great breakfast buffet.
Pros: Hotel is great for short stay for ease of catching CDG flights
Cons: Room's a little small but then again, reflects price range & great location for flights
Cons: Not a good vegetarian menu
Pros: Everything was perfect for our overnight stay before the flight. Great breakfast, clean and new rooms, and comfortable beds. Next time I fly in I'll stay a night here to reduce jet lag.

Pros: Everything was great. Nice clean rooms, solves the purpose of the stay to catch the flight. Nothing exotic but very nice and simple.
Cons: They definitely could do better at the restaurant. Food is not that great. I had dinner and breakfast there - they need to revise their menu and have better chefs.

During your stay, make the most of our fitness center and Boutique Gourmande area, and enjoy a seated Amma massage for free every Thursday evening to relax you after your day! Pros: Flew from Australia on Cathay and collected car from Renault. This hotel hit the spot - slept well and had a very good breakfast. The staff called us a cab with great efficiency. Overall a good experience. Will use again.
Cons: Had to find dinner at another sister hotel a walk away.
Cons: Food options for Breakfast were very poor. There was hardly any food meant for vegetarians

Pros: Very accommodating staff. Comfortable room. Handy for the airport.
Cons: Not really. We had dinner and while it was fine, it was not the best we have ever had.
Pros: Helpful front office staff
Cons: There were no instructions on how to take the shuttle or where to take the shuttle from the airport. It was a nightmare trying to figure out at night! It might help to send passengers a map of where to go for the shuttle and timing.
Pros: Staff was very helpful.
Pros: Close to the airport with free airport shuttle
Cons: There were cockroaches in the room and the internet didn't work.
Pros: Staff was very helpful & friendly
Pros: comfort, elegance, and staff care
Cons: We booked two rooms. The bedroom for 4 that was assigned to us had not been cleaned. Since the hotel was fully booked, we ended up having one child in our bedroom and the others sharing 2 twin beds. Staff offered us breakfast and parking as compensation.
Pros: Modern classic look Food was good 2.
Cons: Strong perfume smell in my room maybe someone spilled something.
Pros: relatively close proximity and easy access to the airport.
Cons: nothing great, nothing horrible. Average place in a good location for early morning flights.
Cons: hard to get to from airport: drive, cab or shuttle bus with 20' frequency then 30'
Pros: The staff was incredible! They were extremely friendly & gracious with our lack of speaking French! The decor of the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!!
Pros: Very clean, new/modern furnishings, large rooms and a large bathtub that a tallish person can fit in!
Cons: The free shuttle service does NOT run every 15 minutes, as advertised. Very sporadic service.
Cons: It wasn't super clean, food wasn't good, staff not friendly. WAY overpriced.

Cons: They do not allow you to leave bags at hotel for a few hours after check out so if you have a flight in the afternoon you have to pay to store luggage at airport.
Pros: The shuttle bus

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it.
Cons: The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
Pros: Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Pros: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Pros: The Pink Line shuttle (free) stops directly at the front door of The Golden Tulip about every 20 minutes and takes you on its route back to CDG airport so you can catch the RER B train to downtown Paris.
Pros: The fact that we only had to stay here one night.
Cons: We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
Pros: Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there.
Cons: Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Pros: Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate`
Cons: I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
Pros: The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport.
Cons: Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Pros: When in transit, and not enough time for Paris, this colony of moderate cost hotel chains is convenient. You can walk into the village for dinner, sleep and leave next day. That's what they do. Clean and quick. No taxi wants to go tot he airport for less that 25 euros (7km). UBER is 7-8 Euros. There is a free bus to the TGV/RER station in terminal 2G, then you take Navette N1 or N2 to your subterminal.
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient to the airport and the area around the hotel was perfect for a morning walk!
Cons: Got in a bit late and it was really difficult to find food. Could not figure out the room service menu even after asking staff.
Pros: The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet.
Cons: Everything was great.
