Excellent 8.0
Pros: the room was very good and they provided bedding for the dog. staff were very good and the garage is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. conveniently located for access to major roads.
Cons: local area traffic is a nightmare but that is common in Grenada. the buffet was not great but acceptable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed room only, lovely big room. The reception staff were amazing, even left my daughter a small gift as she was practicing her Spanish. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very Friendly and helpful staff both on reception and in the dining room. Even the car park guy was helpful - I got a top up charge for my electric car for free. Location is an easy find from the motorway and a reasonable walk into the historic area. Getting the hop on hop off tourist train at the nearest stop to the hotel made visiting all the sites easy
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: We are a family with 3 years old girl. When we came, we were offered to upgrade to family room. We did so and paid additional sum of many. This was a mistake. Every night other guests were smoking in their rooms and cigarette smoke came through vents into our rooms. A few times fire alarm went off during the night but nobody cared about that. When we spoke to personel, they did nothing. We were totally disappointed. Worst hotel we have stayed!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very good facilities, breakfast was very good and varied.
Cons: Nothing of note.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Polite and helpfull staff. Exellent beds. Room with balcony on the top floor. Dog (1 small) was in a great way paid attention.
Good 6.0
Pros: Looked after by good staff who cared about guests.
Cons: Its location and traffic niose even on the 5th floor.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was extensive if perhaps lacking in 5* quality, which I could expect of a 4* to be fair. The room was of a good size and was well decorated and clean. It had a pool, although not terribly enticing to get in to, it helped with the 40+ degree heat. The curtains allowed for total sun exposure black-out, great for siestas in July!
Cons: The pool area was severeley lacking an upgrade to bring it in line with the other good hotel facilities.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel provided free Internet. The hotel was only a couple of blocks from a stop on the City Tour bus. The hotel provided secure parking.
Cons: The air conditioning system in the hotel was substandard, and I found the breakfast buffet mediocre.
Good 6.6
Cons: The Bathroom requires some work especially the bath area.It had mould and the shower mixer was very hard to operate.
Good 7.6
Pros: Good welcome from attentive receptionist, who from the outset used and remembered my name, even the following morning when checking out. Very clean hotel. Excellent variety and quality of breakfast. Parking at reasonable rate under the hotel. Easy to find hotel, entrance well signposted.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The hotel was shabby smelly and by no means a 4 star
Good 6.8
Pros: Easy to find, and to park the car. Right next to Corte Inglés and Hipercor for shopping.
Cons: It's 15 minutes walk from Granada centre, but that's no great hardship, unless it's raining.
Good 6.0
Pros: Located well for access to motorway which helped in a large city roadnetwork. Very impressive foyer and facilities- good choice at breakfast and room service. Helpful Staff on reception - particularly David.
Cons: A taxi ride away from the Centre - but this is the price you pay for easy access from Motorway!
Good 6.8
Pros: Location excellent, staff very obliging and always willing to assist. Restaurant buffet style with plenty of choice and ability to satisfy all tastes.Excellent value for money.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The reception area is lovely and very inviting which gives a lovely first impression.
Cons: One thing, the breakfast finishes too abrubtly. On the dot of 10 o'clock you feel like you have to finish up very quickly as all the tables around you are being cleared and the remaining food has all been taken away. Bascially I feel you could leave a 10 minute gap before the mad rush of cleaning up starts.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Spare pillows please
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A modern, quirky, boutique hotel next to the bus station. Free coffee/tea/chocolate machines in reception area 24/7 hence none in bedrooms. Very comfortable beds in good size room and a beautiful modern marble tiled bathroom. We did not eat in the hotel but the breakfasts look good. Buses stop outside hotel for the short ride into the town centre. The receptionists were very helpful telling us the best places to visit in this beautiful city. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: There is nothing we did not like.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff professional and caring. Location good.
Cons: No ability to heat or cool the room even thought air con in the room. We were uncomfortably warm.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location next to bus station
Cons: Noise at night in room
Good 7.3
Pros: Confort and simplicity. Excelent value for money
Cons: A bit far from Tourism area but next to Bus station so you can there in 10'
Okay 5.7
Pros: Excellent choice if Using Bus station but a bit far out of Town.San Franciso Restaurant down the road very good.
Good 7.3
Pros: The rooms was nice, clean and spacious and the bathroom has a modern design. You can easily find free parking in the streets around the hotel and the area seems to be ok.
Good 6.3
Pros: The hotel staff was extremely helpful, knowing which bus to take to the center of the city and what change to make for the Al Hambra. The room was spacious and comfortable (at least for Spain with its hard beds). There was free tea evenings in the lobby restaurant, where we could indulge in free wi-fi.
Cons: The downside is the location. It is in a residential neighborhood, about 20 minutes by bus to the center city. Still, there are city buses stopping across the street. If a hotel has free wi-fi in the lobby, they could provide it in the rooms.
Good 7.6
Pros: Good size room with all necessary facilities. Excellent bathroom. Well placed for our visit to Granada.
Cons: No, although one of the receptionists must have been new as she told us, incorrectly, that Mastercard was unacceptable, though, to be fair she may have been confused dealing with a non-Spanish speaker.
Good 7.6
Pros: Near bus terminal, easy to go downtown
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: Location & modern clean facilties, Good car parking
Cons: No english speaking T V
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Ease of access to motorway and good garage facility. Those without a car are just next to bus station!
Cons: No but it could be better with a swimming pool on site!
Good 7.6
Pros: Staff were helpful. Room was very comfortable.
Cons: Personally I don't like having to pay extra fees for parking, I'd rather have it included in the room price.
Good 6.8
Pros: rooms were nice and modern and clean
Cons: Displayed as a turkish bath which was in fact just a sauna

Good 7.5
Cons: I am a foreigner. This hotel is good for Spanish sell agence who travel for their work through the country
Excellent 9.0
Pros: unpretentious little hotel. the bar restaurant were considered our local when we lived in t he area some years ago. we know the family who run the business and always receive a very warm welcome
Good 6.3
Cons: We came to take rest from a long day, but our room was just above the restaurant where it was noisy with loud music long in the night so we could not sleep. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was a great surprise. The rooms were newly renovated with spacious bathroom and air condition.
Good 7.1
Pros: The restaurant with delicious local food. Friendly staff.
Cons: The rooms are outdated.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The restaurant food was great and the service excellent.
Cons: The air conditioner in our tiny room did not work. The gal at the front desk said she was sorry but the hotel was full. She could not help by changing rooms for us. The open window (after dark) let in cool air but the busy highway outside was noisy all night.
Good 7.9
Pros: Leaving
Cons: The room was a bit smelly. Had to open a window to air the room then flies came in and I had no fly killer spray. They were annoying me all night. The room was very noisy until late in to night because all the noise from the guests and workers came straight in through the window. There was no air conditioning to my knowledge. The food in the cafeteria was bad. I was served a very bloody hamburger and had to ask for condiments and salt & pepper. I had to ask for my burger to be cooked some more and then it was returned burnt and dry.

Okay 5.8
Pros: Easy to commute to Granada city centre
Cons: Bed and pillow
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Nice, modern rooms that were spotless. Great bathroom and shower with all the amenities needed. Hotel overall was very clean and only a 20-25min ride on the tram from Granada centre. Easy check in as well.
Cons: Distance from Granada on the website doesn't match with how long it actually takes to get there. Definitely don't take a taxi, the tram is the way to go!
Good 7.4
Pros: A twenty five minute taxi ride from the Granada airport. There were none in the airport. Breakfast buffet was good.
Cons: Staff were often indifferent. The hot water was non-existent in the whole hotel the first morning. Staff was not apologetic, but rather an "Asi es the vida" attitude though the plumber was coming. After we left. It seems like smoking in the hotel, though I guess not allowed inside, happened regularly. One room was so smoky I asked for another. The second was relatively less so.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Welcoming staff. Clean room, Clean bathroom.
Cons: It's nothing, but I'm 192cm tall and the beds are a tiny bit small for me. The shower does not close completely, you have to be careful as to not spill water everywhere.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good breakfast
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Excellent disabled facilities in the room.
Cons: That no access for me,disabled,to the restaurant.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was clean and quiet. Parking was good and in a good location for those travelling down the motorway to the coast.
Cons: We booked a triple room with cot and when we got there only a double was available. The girl however tried really hard and sorted us an extra bed and cot to go in the room. Although it was quiet cramped with all that in, and we were charged for a triple. Also the breakfast was justed ordered at the bar, probably wouldn't bother with it.
Good 6.3
Pros: Staff very polite room good no complaints at all
Okay 5.4
Pros: Close to the motorway. Good access and close to the venue we were attending.
Cons: Limited cafe service on Sunday evening. No milk or functioning computer at reception on Monday morning. No mini bar.
Good 6.6
Pros: It was easy to locate and very pleasant experience to arrive at. Reception staff were very pleasant and efficient.
Okay 5.2

Cons: the decor of the rooms and the noise level from the other room

Pros: Very nice staff, Superb local food.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The staff, despite not speaking English, tried exceptionally hard to help us. The tapas served with every drink at lunchtime were superb.
Cons: It's a little bit out of the way, but we knew that before booking so that's not really a dislike.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything, was very clean, comfy bed, toiletries provided, Aircon in room which was great as it was August, young man on reception spoke good English and was very helpful and friendly, there is also a great bar and restaurant in the hotel, would definitely stay there again, thanks Tina and Tony x

Good 7.0
Cons: Just ok to stay one or 2 nightz
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Extremely noisy, building work on floor above early in the morning. Note on car telling us to move it although we were staying there, receptionist just laughed.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It is close to the airport and quiet and very easy to catch the first flight from Granada to Madrid.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice big room. Great location for the airport.
Cons: Breakfast was awful. All hot food was icy cold and so inedible. Only 2 weak lamps in bedroom.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and comfortable modern hotel. Close to airport.
Good 6.7
Pros: Very convenient for easy access by car or taxi into Granada or the airport.
Cons: Location on a major road with NO pedestrian footpaths. Impossible to walk anywhere. Breakfast poor.
Good 7.5
Pros: Rooms were basic hotel rooms, clean and relatively up to date Check in was easy Price was cheap We didn’t take advantage but there is room service and food available most hours, which is great for the price point of the hotel We stayed overnight before an early flight it and it was fine for that
Cons: Was a bit tricky pulling out of driveway to a busy street
Good 7.0
Pros: Easy check in and check out. Good for a stopover. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Wifi access could have been a little easier and wasn't very strong. The shower went hot cold. Breakfast and food limited and the town is a bit of a walk on the highway.
Good 7.3
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the cafeteria was excellent and convenient. Loved having a bath in the bathroom. Lovely hotel.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to airport. And fairly easy access to city by bus if you don't want to drive or park in the city of Granada.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Staff very helpful and very close , 15 min, to Alhambra.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Close to airport. Our flight arrived late so it was very useful to park overnight before going on to Granada.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was very handy for the airport for an early flight from Granada. Also on good roads to connect to Malaga and elsewhere in Spain very quickly. The hotel is also incredibly good value - 40 euros a night, when I was there.
Cons: You must have a car or book a taxi. There is no public transport nearby. Also the TV stations are all Spanish. there are no international channels at all.
Good 6.4
Pros: Access to cafe and dining area.
Cons: N/A

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bar snacks were very good
Cons: The breakfast eggs bacon etc were cold
Good 6.7
Pros: The staff are friendly & accommodating. Great WiFi. Check in & check out were both fast & efficient. The whole hotel, from public spaces to bedroom, were sparkling clean. The food in the Cafeteria was reasonably priced & tasty.
Cons: Hair dryer didn't work & no plug in the bath - I booked this hotel specifically because it had a bath. But staying for one night, heading up to my room at 1am these were not things I wanted to 'deal with' at that time so didn't complain. The TV is always on in the Cafeteria - music would be better.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was very nice. Hotel rooms are also nice.
Cons: Plates in Breakfast hall was not clean. Internet quality was not so good. I had to change my room to get better internet service.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good size room.
Cons: The travel cot we were provided was old and tattered and not very clean. The sheets could have been cleaner.
Good 7.1
Pros: Eveything was closed !!!!!! The kids zobe , the pool ....we went home early .
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The only thing that let the hotel down was the food. But the Kitchen was not functioning due to renovations so I-m sure when all is up and running again, it will be better. The garden area by the cafe is lovely and the pool looked nice, but too cold yet for me.
Cons: As I said, the food. Also we were in the other building, Room 113. It is a little dated, the decor etc. Could not get the A/C to work so the room was quite warm on arrival.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Ok location just 10 minutes from downtown by car. The receptionists were very helpful.
Cons: For a 4 starred hotel the quality is low. Breakfast one of these buffets with a lot but all of cheap quality, cold eggs, pudding yoghurts, powder juice and milk and a bad humoured supervisor. For 6 Euros a piece it should be better or increase the price a little.
Good 6.3
Pros: Nicely priced, but slightly out of the city (it is not a big problem with regular bus service). The staff was helpful and the room was good. Swimming pool didn't operate (October).
Good 7.7
Pros: Very good value for money hotel : charming establishement worth its 3 stars ; staff really friendly ; perfect place to stay if you come to Granada with your car (safe and free parking ; regular direct buses to city center and Alhambra ; located close to the highway)
Cons: Internet was not working in the rooms these days, but I guess this was exceptionnal ; receptionnist in charge in the morning forgot the wake up calls (which is quite serious when you know you have to begin to queue at 7:00am at la Alhambra to get a chance to have an entry ticket !)
Good 6.3
Pros: Hotel is often used for wedding receptions and the fountains were turned on. Looked nice. Bad: the fountains were turned off when the wedding was over.
Cons: Wifi was not working and staff did not acknowledge and fix until we left. Power goes off when the room is left. Can't charge up batteries for camera, toothbrush, etc. while out of room.
Okay 4.3
Pros: Pool and terrace were very nice
Cons: The rooms were cramped with bunks jammed in next to twin beds, and its location in a semi-industrial zone detracts from the overall experience and means having a car is essential
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice hotel staff, nice pool, nice room, nice eating area, nice location (with a car)
Excellent 8.0

Cons: $review.cons

Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0

Cons: very untasty breakfast
Good 6.0
Pros: the pool was great, big double bed
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4.0
Pros: New building big rooms and the price is quite fair compared to the more expensive hotels in downtown.
Cons: It was not straightforward to us to access the hotel. Dinner was not available on the spot. We could easily hear another guest snoring next door.

Cons: The pictures are very deceiving. The man at the reception desk was miserable and very unfriendly on check in, and after leaving my paper work at the desk that evening, the next morning I had to pay for breakfast even though it was included in the reservation !!! It wasn't expensive , ( good job as extremely poor) which is the only reason I didnt complain and show them my reservation on my account ! Very dissapointed !
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The accommodation was adequate for our one night stay. The host was very nice and helpful, providing us with all the information needed. We were very pleased with the restaurant recommended; someone from the restaurant gave us a lift there and back as it was within 15-20min walking distance and one of us had a foot injury.
Cons: Breakfast was on the basic side.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything else Nice room, friendly staff, location.
Cons: Parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The decoration of room red and white was so cosy and romantic the location i found it perfect away from the coas of city center and in very quite good quality area ,the stuff very friendly we asked for iron machine to iron our clothes and they helped us within second , the wifi is so good and the cleannes of the room and everything is so great and i loved the mint smell in the room .
Good 6.0
Pros: Such a good price, we stayed two nights. Friendly staff. Family owned and operated. The first good sleep we had in 4 nights. Definitely check them out if you have a car and don't want to sleep in noisy city hostals.
Okay 4.0
Pros: We had not booked a hotel for 1 night, and they were booked up, got into this one luckily, but the first room had dirty used bedlinen, so changed rooms, it was clean, we slept and it was reasonably quiet. Breakfast was better than expected, and it was quite cheap..... All happy!
Cons: Bedlinen in the room had been slept in, but we changed rooms.

Pros: The chocolate croissant were heaven. The views were superb. the rooms were clean. The receptionist was very pleasant, however, the waitress at breakfast was more interested in talking to her friends and the chairs we were given in the dining room were broken. We were sad that the views in the dining room were obscured by net curtains!!! The hotel was hard to find in the dark.
Cons: There was no one to meet us in reception on our arrival. It was late and we were very tired. We tried calling but ended up finding someone in the bar/dining room. There were no lifts for our bags or help. There was no offer of hot drinks and no facilities for hot drinks. The rooms were cold and we could not seem to get the heating to work. The windows in the room did not close properly or lock.

Cons: We didn't realise that there were two hotels, one was a 2 star and the other a 3 star and we thought we had booked in the 3 star. Probably our mistake though.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Private parking for €8 supplement
Cons: Walls too thin, noisy neighbors with loud TV until early hours of the morning. did not sleep at all and had to be up at 7am for a 5 hour drive.
Good 7.1
Pros: location is good, mostly I was going to Benidorm, so, I just spent one night without visiting Granada, it was inconvinient for me. quiet area
Cons: room was noisy in late evening because it's close to highway, so may be windows should more efficient
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It’s good for one night to visit Granada with a rental car.
Cons: Quite noisy because directly on freeway - but this shortens travel- and parkingtime
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, Bed very clean and comfortable
Cons: Would have liked extra pillows
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We booked this room last minute having been delayed coming back from Morocco, the room was clean & met our expectations, the meal we had in the restaurant downstairs was really nice and very reasonable. It was in close proximity to the motorway so was ideal.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Cheap hotel with convenient location
Cons: The room was dirty
Okay 5.4
Cons: There are two different buildings with the same name, “Las Terrazas”. In is a three star and the other one two, one star to me. The heat wasn’t enough for the size of the room and there was no heat in the bathroom. Very cold room!
Good 6.7
Pros: great price, easy to find, close to the city if you have a car
Cons: narrow room, noisy water closet (when filling the water tank)
Good 6.0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and well mantained. It´s a good alternative when everything else is fully booked in Granada, provided you have a car. BTW, don't drink and drive (difficult in Granada!), because there are police drinking checks.
Cons: It is located at 5km from the city, 11km from downtown. Therefore if you are looking for something in Granada the location is only good when everything else is fully booked. It´s just 10 minutes away by car, just at the exit 118, so very convenient anyways.

Pros: Staff are great and rooms clean. Sheets a little old but clean enough. A lot of noise in the dining room/bar and lighting too bright. Funny smell in the dining room which put us off eating there. Great gin and tonics, nicely served with a smile. Early morning about two coach loads of tourists left noisily with rolling luggage trolleys disturbing our sleep. The maids were a little noisy too calling to each other around 7am which was frustrating. I just don’t think this was the right hotel for us. No complaints for the staff and cleanliness was good. Just not our scene.
Cons: See above with all the details.
Good 7.9
Pros: Hotel located close to the highway - it was quiet though - from which You can reach city center within 20 minutes drive - well when You intend to avoid the busy streets. Receptionists was very helfpful - described and advised us how to book the tickets to Alhambra, room was just ok. for sleeping - exactly which we wanted.
Cons: We stayed just for one night and literally just for sleeping - did not have a breakfast, hotel was partially in the middle of redecorations - no major restrictions though.
Good 7.5
Pros: Beds were comfortable except we ordered a double and they were 2 singles put together.
Cons: Food is horrible. Buffet meal at night €12/ person lots of dishes but all the lowest quality possible and served lukewarm. I had what was supposed to be durrado fish but very small and like sardine. The paella was not much more than rice. No decent meat. Breakfast much the same lowest quality sausage and bacon, artificial juice, coffee from dispenser... We ordered double bed and got 2 singles put together. Large hotel and used by tour groups.
Good 6.0
Pros: Ideal overnight stop whilst driving down through Spain from Santander. The hotel was very quiet as we arrived very late Sept. so the restaurant was closed. However there was a fuel station right nextdoor with a bar and restaurant and we had a really good meal there.Perfectly adequate for our needs.

Okay 5.8
Pros: Staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful! Nice swimming pool. Very quiet. Hardly anyone used it.
Cons: Website photos very misleading, the rooms are very run down and need updating. Hair on the floor in bedroom and bathroom. Found a cockroach on my bed sheets. It's ok for one night stay only. Thin walls. Could hear people flashing toilet and TV next door.
Good 6.3
Pros: Free car parking and free WiFi
Cons: No meals available in the evening or bar
Good 6.0
Pros: choice of the room on the backyard
Cons: breakfast low level
Good 7.0
Pros: Just North of the city of Granada. Most parts of the Hotel are non-smoking including the restaurant. Great for Spain where it is hard to get away from smoke. They booked us a reasonable guided tour of the Alhambra that was wonderful. The Hotel is about 400 meters north of exit 18, right off the freeway. Do not go where the Book it map says. You will never find it.
Good 6.3
Pros: Cafetaria was open at arrival, good and quick served diner. Free WiFi access on our room.
Good 6.3
Pros: Free WIFI and parking, very small but clean rooms, breakfast simple but OK, 10-15 minutes from city centre by car

Okay 4.4
Pros: convienience for Granada airport
Cons: We requested a smoking room, but were given a non-smoking one, without any explanation or apology. Some staff unco-operative/unhelpful.
Okay 5.2
Pros: Excellent location with access to Granada center via highway in front of hotel.
Cons: In the first instance a very small room as assigned to me. After consulting the hotel map, relized that it was the smallest room in the hotel. Just after two reclamations and a promise of not staying at the hotel, another room (this time a normal room; similar to the one that appears on the photos), was assigned. Unfortunatly at the recepcion they tried to lie to me saying that the hotel was full when it was not.
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: they saked me to leave by 8:00 am
Good 6.0
Pros: I was ill, and we were able to extend our stay with no problem.
Cons: It was a bit far away from the nearest village, and a wee bit basic.
