Pros: Close to centre of town

Cons: Extra charge for parking that was not disclosed on booking, noisy room, air con that only gave heat.

Pros: Staff were very helpful. The underground car parking had wide parking bays. Close to centre of town and within walking distance of the Alhambra or flamenco club ( Le Chien Andalou - tiny but high class show) Excellent buffet breakfast.

Cons: Roadworks and diversions in Granada made sat nav go wrong frequently.

Pros: The hotel is very near to the city center and the helpful staff speaks a good english. Good if you travel with a large group. L'hotel è molto vicino al centro città, llo staff è cordiale e parla un buon inglese. Buono se viaggiate in grandi comitive.

Cons: We found that the hotel is a bit under the 4 stars - class. Not very tidy and with some maintenance needed, especially in the public, shared zones. The breakfast is expensive and of poor quality, table cloths with holes, dining-room cold (temperature) and noisy. The parking is expensive too, but you can choose to park around the hotel if you don't need the car to be near. Abbiamo trovato che l'hotel è un po' sotto le 4 stelle. Non molto ordinato, con qualche lavoro di manutenzione da fare specie nelle zone condivise. La colazione è cara e di bassa qualità, le tovaglie hanno i buchi e la sala da pranzo è fredda (temperatura) e rumorosa.

Pros: The staff was very helpful. I also liked not having to pay for internet services.

Pros: Sr. Martin at the front desk was especially friendly.

Cons: The location is not the best for visiting Granada. The hotel charges for use of the in-room safe, which does not seem reasonable.

Cons: When I arrived at 3:30, I and other guests had to wait thirty minutes for our rooms to be cleaned. I was tired from traveling and I really wanted to get into my room as soon as possible so that was my only disappointment.

Pros: Located within a few blocks of the center of the city, this beautiful hotel is a prize. Friendly multi-lingual staff; comfortable, clean, modern rooms; roof top bar -- what is there not to like? Really enjoyed ourselves.

Pros: Very large bathroom and comfortable bed. The candy in the lobby and the treats in the room were a nice touch as well.

Cons: The windows did not isolate sound very well. We heard a lot of noise from outside such as cars and people from nearby bars. Also, the shower leaked from the bottom and water pooled up on the floor.

Pros: We never ate breakfast in the hotel as thought it was a bit expensive but lots of eating places nearby. The hotel was very central for Plaza Nueva, Alhambra, Albaicin district, Puerta Real district and cathedral etc.

Cons: Couldnt fault the hotel at all. Only criticism would be for the rooftop bar maybe to be open in the afternoon as we went up a couple of times late afternoon and it wasnt open.

Pros: Location was excellent, located a few blocks from the cathedral and right next to the Albaicin neighborhood. We took a 10 minuter Uber ride up to the AlHambra then walked back to the hotel in under 15 minutes. Bed was absolutely wonderful.

Cons: The terrace is only open Thursday to Sunday. You have to pay 22 Euros to use the spa for one hour.

Pros: Basically, we stayed there for one night and we made the most of our trip. Everything was walkable distance. The hotel is at the center of everything. The room was spacious and the staff were too friendly. I could not get my eyes off their smiles. They made feel very welcomed.

Pros: It was close to the tourist sites & modern.

Cons: Only English language TV was news programs.

Pros: The reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing plenty of suggestions for eating and exploring. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The location is by far the best aspect of this hotel as it is only a block from the Cathedral (where you can catch a bus to the Alhambra) and the Albaycin and about 3 blocks from Puerta Nueva. The more backpacker style tapas bars are right next door on Calle Elivira, although people may need to go a bit further afield if they are looking for a more refined experience.

Pros: Fantastic, impeccable and beyond reproach. This was, in summary the perfect escapade for Granada I feel; and my wife echoes my comments too. Staff were most helpful and jolly; and it had a most magnificent night view of the Catedral and Alhambra. Also, within walking distance to most shopping areas and bazaars.

Pros: The free wifi, the remaining of the 16 centuries underground in the entrance of the hotel, near to Alhamra 10 min by taxi, the old & new shopping stores

Cons: No dry clean service, the bathroom aparts no privacy, and there is smell in the bathroom

Pros: Salvatore, at front desk, went far above and beyond with his hospitality and helpful information. Great attitude

Pros: This is a very comfortable city-centre hotel, well designed, with friendly, helpful staff, and a nice spa.

Pros: The hotel staff were outstanding. They were quick to help and set a high quality of service.

Cons: In the spa, there were a few minor things that needed work. One of the features didn't function and there was some part that looked in need of a bit of repair. ...and lastly the lighting... it seemed like there was a light that was. These are minor points though, I really enjoyed the spa.

Pros: The staff were superb, especially the lovely Salvador! The location can't be beaten, the standard of fixtures and fittings is very high and there is some flair to the design.

Cons: The rooms are not suitable as twin rooms - a twin room merely comprises a king sized bed made up as two singles, not separated at all and there is no door to separate the bathroom, merely doors on the toilet and shower cubicles. So the rooms are only recommended for singles or very close couples!

Pros: Beautiful hotel and fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: We had a corner room on the second floor which was very nice, but had a strange open layout with the toilet being virtually inside the bedroom - bit of an awkward room design.

Cons: The room is of Modern Design, but in some way not convenient.
