This airport hotel is situated next to Manchester Airport Freight Terminal, within easy reach of the passenger terminals via the shuttle bus (fees apply) or via a taxi, which is bookable from reception. The establishment can be easily accessed from junction 6 of the M56, and is also only around 20 minutes' drive from the centre of Manchester. This modern airport accommodation opened its doors in May 2009 and comprises a total of 166 guest rooms. The 6-storey building welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, and on-site facilities include lift access, a bar, a Costa Coffee shop and a restaurant. Internet access is provided for a fee and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park for an additional charge. These modern guest rooms with en suite bathrooms feature individually regulated air conditioning, televisions with freeview channels, tea and coffee-making facilities and hairdryers.
