Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews of the hotel are mixed, with many highlighting the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly at reception and in the restaurant, as a standout positive. Several guests appreciated the animation team and the atmosphere around the pool. However, there are repeated complaints about the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, with issues such as stained walls, broken locks, and slow housekeeping. Some guests also noted that the pool and breakfast were average, and a few mentioned that the rooms did not meet expectations in terms of size or comfort. Overall, the service is a strong point, but improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
