Most guests were highly satisfied with the hotel, especially highlighting the friendly and helpful staff, the convenient location for exploring Hanoi, and the clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Many appreciated the extra efforts from staff, such as arranging transport or packing breakfast for early departures.
