Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Hanoi's old quarter and nearby attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and personalized service, with several guests mentioning specific team members by name. Breakfast was highlighted as varied and delicious. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about the misleading information regarding the swimming pool, which is located off-site at another hotel, and some guests noted issues with room size, noise, and occasional maintenance problems.
