Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and affordable prices, making it a good choice for budget travelers or those needing easy access to Wembley or transport links. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and even bed bugs. Service was also criticized, with several guests mentioning rude or unhelpful staff. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a prime location, cleanliness and service are significant drawbacks.
