Pros:There was a Denny's next door? I didn't eat there, though. Seriously, I'm struggling to come up with something positive to say about this hotel.
Cons:Objectively, I can state without question that I've never had a worse hotel experience in all my years. The first room I was given had roaches of various sizes throughout the room. The next one -- right next to the room with the roaches -- had a smoke alarm that was beeping without end. The only other two rooms they had left were smoking rooms; one smelled very heavily of smoke, so I settled for the other. The rooms are all sparsely furnished, with an ancient microwave and mini-fridge duo that looks far too antiquated to trust. I wasn't able to take a shower, because the faucet was in disrepair; I could turn on the water, but I couldn't adjust the temperature. All the hallways smelled strongly of Indian food, with a cigarette butt on the floor in places. There were noisy rooms throughout the property well after midnight, and people loitering in the rear parking lots. The front desk attendant did his best to help me find the most tolerable room available, but the problems throughout the hotel were clearly beyond his ability to solve. I realize this hotel was only recently acquired by Motel 6 (it was formerly a Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndam) and that many of these problems were inherited from the previous owners, but the fact remains that this was without question the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Unless you see reviews newer than this one that all clearly indicate a complete overhaul of the property and its management, do not stay at this hotel at any price.
