Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Hershey Park and nearby attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast was appreciated by many, though some desired more variety or hot options. The pool and amenities were generally considered adequate but could feel small or crowded at times. Very close to Hershey park Employees were friendly and helpful
Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the fitness facility and pool were nice, breakfast was delicious, the shuttle service was nice. Overall we loved everything!
Cons (-) I wish there was a way to keep hotel visitors quiet late at night. We were frequently awakened by doors slamming, people running down the halls, and people talking loudly in the rooms next to us. It seemed to start after the pool closed. Maybe if the pool closed a little earlier, it wouldn’t have been an issue. It’s hard to get my son back to sleep.
Pros (+) Close to Hershey Park - free shittle there, too.
