Hertz messaged me that they didn’t have my car, which I had confirmed and checked in for, and after that notification they made me stand in line 25 minutes at their desk to be told I couldn’t get any refund. I looked for a way to contact Kayak for a refund, and there was no contact info anywhere on Kayak’s web site. So never again, Hertz and Kayak.Reviewed 22 May 2024

Nice, helpful staff. Our train was delayed, so we arrived during the siesta (Hertz Bari was closed 1300-1530, then the staff person who could check us out was delayed by his own train until after 1600. We were disappointed to lose ~3 hours at our one night at a “splurge” masseria. Car was great & allowed us to explore Puglia! We got a hybrid, so helped with gas mileage too!Reviewed 22 May 2024

Didn’t like anything had to cancel because they wanted to see a physical card even though everything was paid for in advance and I had id …I was waiting on a replacement card in the mail and used Apple Pay when I booked it …I don’t understand why they needed my card again even tho every fee was paid they couldn’t tell me why either…had to cancel and lost out on a 100 dollars ended up using Turo way better experienceReviewed 21 May 2024

Customer service at Hertz Caen was exceptional. Patient and friendly explanations of how the Tesla worked to a novice Tesla driver like me. Minor downside was that the office was closed for lunch (when I had made the booking for 130pm) so we had to wait till 2pm till they opened.Reviewed 21 May 2024

Staff were professional, pick up and drop off easy. Price? Awful. I felt like I was " nickel and dimed" with fees that weren't on the web page, such as$10 per day for a gas car, $10 plus toll for every day I used a toll road and the ez pass. Bill was almost $800 for 6 days. Hertz is now my last choice.Reviewed 21 May 2024
