Great experience all around but the location and drop off in Miami is a pain. I went around in circles for 30 mins until I finally found the place. Also you have to go up to level 5 and then come back down to level and 1 to check out. Not ideal . Car was clean and employees great .Reviewed 6 Dec 2025
