Pros:The carCons:My scheduled pickup time was 11:00 am but our flight was early and ended up getting to the ticket counter at 9:30 am. They wouldn't issue me the car until 11:00 am so we had to sit there for an hour and a half waiting. There has to be a better way.Reviewed 10 Jul 2019

Cons:They wouldn't allow me to inspect the vehicle before. They said it was too dark. I came back, and there was a tiny scuff evaluated by a non-Hertz employee. I have outside insurance purchased, but I bet it's going to be a hassle.Reviewed 8 Jul 2018
