Uncoordinated efforts between hertz and Kayak- lead me to not get the vehicle as advertised and promised and therefore had to overpay hugely to get the real value from my Nice trip. Doubt I will use a third party brokerage in the future and rent directly from Rental company as save myself hassle and money.Reviewed 18 Jun 2024
