Pros:Vehicle was what I reserved.Cons:I had to add air to all 4 tires as they were below recommended tire pressure and the maintenance shop was closed.Reviewed 8 Sep 2020

Pros:The value was great.Cons:The service was poor: I had to wait for awhile, then when I went to get the truck it was not the size truck is reserved. They had a size I could use but it took some time to get approval to change it. Then when trying to leave the wait at the gate took a very long time due to computer issues.Reviewed 3 Aug 2020

Horrible Customer ServiceCons:Was not told I couldn’t use a debit card and debit card was still charged for the rental. Was promised a full refund but was only given half of my cost back. Have called and spoke to 2 customer service representatives and exchanged multiple emails and in the last exchange I was told it was a “gesture of goodwill” to give me half of my money back and that I would not receive the rest. Will NEVER rent from them again.Reviewed 26 Feb 2018
