We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?
Cons: "There was no social distancing getti9ng on the plane or getting off. I flew jet blue because prior experiences have been amazing. This time it was shameful. People were standing in the walkway for almost 15 minutes because of wheelchairs that had to come of the plane. Disgraceful. And getting off was out of control. People jammed in the aisle to get off the plane. 1409 new york to fll."

Cons: "Crying hysterical baby on flight. I upgraded only to have a screaming baby sit one row behind. Not the airlines fault but when you upgrade, a crying baby is the last thing to help get thru a red eye flight. As a mother I empathize but I probably would have taken the child to the bathroom."
Cons: "It was cold in the flight and Tvs didn’t work due to satellite coverage"

Cons: "Flight was very delayed, waiting on pilots to arrive. The. We sat on the runway for a long time without leaving as well. Crew also made us gate check bags when there was still plenty of overhead space left on plane."
Pros: "The plane was really old, possibly JetBlue's oldest still in service? Frayed around the edges, the setback TVs were really old and tiny, the trays stiff and aged."

Needed a 6 hour lay over in Atlanta. How can this be avoided ?
Flight delayed over two hours, very little communication from staff then had to wait 2.25 hrs to clear passport control. Had arrangements for evening ruined as a result.

Cons: "Comfort. Seats were very uncomfortable with absolutely NO leg room. I fly a lot and this was one of the WORST leg room experiences I had."
Cons: "Overall, I am disappointed in Kayak for listing my round trip flight as KLM, when in actuality, only one short connection of this flight was actually KLM. My itinerary said KLM all over it, but in the fine print it said "operated by Delta." This is dishonest and misleading."
Pros: "Virgin Atlantic is the best airline I’ve ever flown on internationally. The service is wonderful, from check in to inflight service. Everything went as planned. The food and drinks on board are free and they are an abundance of snacks, much more than we dreamed. The flight attendants are excellent"

I liked that the planes brought me back to NYC safely, but I could have used a friendlier crew.
The staff did not do a good job of getting everyone boarded quickly, so we missed our take off window and had to sit on the tarmac for 20+ min waiting for our turn. The plan was old. Pockets on the back of seats were torn and tearing off. One of the attendants was rude-she would ask a question but he walking away before you finished answering so she kept getting our drink orders wrong.
W were seated in the middle of 4-seat row so we had to bother other passengers to get out. Seats were packed together too tightly. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit for 8 hours.
Entertainment was good. The crew members were professional. Food needs to get better. My stomach was upset after dinner.

Cons: "Avianca seems to ALWAYS have an issue .. late, delayed, etc...but the worst thing is that they don’t live up to their mistakes and reimburse customers for their mistakes. They should be forced to improve their service or be put out of business. Come on Avianca ! Step up your game... instead they know that there is no competition so they just take advantage of their customers. Can we get a new airline in Latin America please!?!"
Cons: "I think it makes a huge difference when the crew says something comforting before or during turbulence instead of just “buckle seat belts” it’s so simple yet goes so far is soothing anxiety but we got “BUCKLE SEAT BELTS” like wow"

Pros: "Had trouble getting my boarding pass due to technical issues at airport and crew was super accommodating. Crew was delightful and even the coffee (much needed) was delicious"
Cons: "Avianca decided to strand a bunch of passengers at 2am and the reason was that the pilot was "sick." When we asked to be switched to a different flight so we would not have to wait until 2pm the next day, they eventually booked us on an early flight. We stayed in the airport overnight in anticipation of this flight. The next morning they informed us 10 minutes before boarding that they delayed that flight so we could no longer make our connection. We had to spend 15 hours total in Bogota airport before being able to go home. Avianca used to never be this inconsistent with flights. They should not be allowed to do whatever they wish to passengers flights and offer minimal compensation when they inconvenience customers."
Pros: "Excellent service, they make sure that you are confortable, entretainend and fed during your flight whithout charging you for everything. Definetly I will be flying with this airline in the future."

Cons: "For some reason I wasn’t able to select our seats using the Avianca app. I had to call the day before and we unfortunately were given 2 middle seats. I don’t mind one middle and an aisle. Felt like we weren’t given options."
The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom
Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."
