Charging an extra day for two minutesPros:The car was nice to say at leastCons:You charged me an extra day because the employee took too long to check the car and do the paper work. I was told there is a 30minute reserve and then I get slammed by an extra €50. That's ridiculous. Do you have any respect for the customers? Why did the person at the rental told me I had a 30min cushion when I get screwed over at the end anyway?Reviewed 25 Sep 2016
