Cons: "I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions."

As a result I had to bother the flight crew over 10 times to refill my small glass...a huge inconvenience for both of us. So now even with a 200€ flight you get only water and a piece of chocolate, no more food. Aircraft was 30 minutes late and no information on connection flights.

When my husband told the crew member that I was at the bathroom, the crew member start yelling at my husband stating : I don't care, call her, u are late". When I finally arrived, there were 2 more couples behind us. People were also at the plane's door awaiting to board and find their seats. We were not late. The crew member was totally unprofessional by the way he approached my husband, the tone of his voice and his comments. My husband doesn't speak Romanian and he told me about the incident while walking my towards the plane. I couldn't go back and get the crew member's name."

On disembarkation I saw the stewardess and reminded her of her promise of help . She sweetly wished me a "pleasant weekend". The cabin crew did not seem to care much over the discomfort of an elderly traveler in economy class."

The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Also, there were no ports to charge phones or tablets which made it near impossible to watch entertainment on a phone or tablet due to low battery levels. The wi-fi was not strong. I typically like food on an airplane, but this food was not something to be enjoyed. I hope to not fly Brussels Airlines/United again. I'll stick with British Airways and American."

He gave me some water, but pretty much shamed me in the process. He was saying it was hard for the crew to have to charge, but they were made to do it now, and what would it look like if other passengers saw him giving me the water and not charging?! OMG!"

There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"

Pros: "Due to my husbands frequent flyer status, we were able to upgrade coach seats to premium free of charge - which afforded priority boarding and more comfortable seats - although, there was not much difference in legroom or general space. This flight was not full, so I had an empty seat next to me - always a good thing on a long flight. Lots of movies and entertainment available to fill up the hours. Served food and drinks constantly (3 meals plus, if I remember correctly) but the food was pretty bad. One of the bathrooms was a generous size, which made it more comfortable."

Stewardess on this flight that served my section was rather grumpy and unhelpful. Seat in front of me was broken so it leaned way back into my lap, making it difficult to eat or read on my e-reader. I had a premium seat, but there did not seem to be any difference in leg room or the size of the seat than normal coach. Although there was several meals - the food was horrible. Best to take your own aboard. We were delayed getting off the ground, having to sit on the plane for a while before take off. We landed over an hour late."
