Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Cancellation Fee Deduction Dear Customer Service Team, I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my reservation cancellation. I cancelled my reservation within the allowed cancellation period and according to the stated cancellation policy, which clearly indicated that the cancellation was free. My cancellation was made three days before the scheduled pickup date, which should have qualified for a free cancellation. However, I was charged a penalty and USD 100 was deducted from my account. This charge is not consistent with the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. I kindly request that you review this matter immediately and refund the incorrectly deducted USD 100. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as I followed the agreed cancellation policy and should not have been penalized. Sincerely, AhmedReviewed 13 Jun 2026

"I had booked a different car, but they gave me another one instead. The car I received was a Tesla, and I faced significant issues with the battery charging. This caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress during my trip."Reviewed 23 Dec 2024

They had the car pictures before pick up and they checked them to figure out if the scratches on the car existed before or not. I liked it .good job! May if there was some discount or promotions it would be better.Reviewed 22 Jul 2024
