Unforeseen costs and poor customer servicePros:The car was reliable and clean.Cons:The staff was ok but when we went to drop off the car at 9am, no one showed so we waited until 9:15am an still no one showed to allow us to check-in the car. Since no one showed up, we could not address the mileage with anyone and were charged more than we should have been charged.Reviewed 17 Dec 2016
