Pros (+) The air conditioning was not working adequately due to unexpected heat wave, apparently. Staff was pleasant and tried their best to find us a room with operable air conditioning
Cons (-) We were first settled into a handicapped room. Warning signs were that there was a portable fan on the bureau (air conditioning not working in that room) - the next room we moved to had guest bottles of water available, where the handicap room didn’t even have a refrigerator in the room.
