Overall fantastic, great room, nice people, close to airport for early flight. Car park a bit oversubscribed - need to make an ‘arrangement’ for additional parking space please. Otherwise great

Cockroaches in our room. Bathrooms small and awkward. Staff seemed overwhelmed in the restaurant and at the front desk. iPad menus instead of people in the restaurant. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Pool had no seating or towels.

Pros (+) We had to pay for parking when the was not even located in an area where parking is an issue such as the coty centre. The room were very cold. I had 2 extra radiator as the heating was blowing cold air. And there were people with pets there such as dogs. When we asked the hotel they said those rooms did not get special cleaning.
