I think the floors which have the rooms on need to be refurbished, some of the hotel rooms have had new carpets laid but they could do with a refurbishment. A pool would also be awesome.

Pros (+) Due to its handy location for me I always try to stay here as a first choice but "only if I can get it booked at the right price.t". The staff are great and attentive As I've always found them to be. Buffet breakfast is good also. The roms I stay in are nothing much to brag about, a bit on the smallish side for me. If it's a four star hotel I'd have to say the rooms are only three star. Security i...

Cons (-) Room sizes are a bit small for my liking but hey, this is Sydney where it's hard to find a decent hotel room nowadays for under $200 a night. In comparison to what else is on offer, the Holiday Inn Potts Point is a good hotel in a good location.
