the cleanliness s good when we arrive theres only 1 receptionist attending to all the incoming guest .,,as a result we have to wait too long,.she does all the work alone,.answering phone.,doing the papers,etc,..and i find it rude when while am talking to her she has to cut me to answer the phone,.n she doesnt mind me standing,waiting too long on the counter,..well i find that unpleasant!

the check in and check out process was quick and hassle free. the front desk staff were very helpful especially Carrie and Louie. they made sure that if we had any issues, they were addressed quickly and solved appropriately. none

I like the location of Hotel Benito very accessible, clean room, modern design & simple. Upon check-out you cannot use the lounge area anymore.

The room is reasonable size for the location, renovated, bright and clean. The location is excellent for shopping and taking the MRT around the city. Restaurants and shops for eveything is within reach. Airport express and Hotel link do not stop at this hotel. Taxi and car cannot stop outside the hotel. We have to get off on the main street and carry our lugguage to the hotel. Not convenient if you have lots of luggage, or you need help with luggage. Also, the hotel is still using Key with the room# on it. Only 1 key per room. We has to leave the key at the front desk when we go out.

Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean hotel in great location right next to the mtr line for easy access to all the sights. Internet access was well appreciated too. Room was slightly smaller than expected with single beds becoming a little too small for the larger figure.
