Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. Several reviews highlight the spaciousness of the rooms as a positive aspect. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, maintenance issues, and even bed bugs. Service is also criticized, particularly regarding check-in experiences and staff responsiveness. Some guests find the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and room size are appreciated, cleanliness and service need improvement.
