Excellent 8.2
Pros: Staff accomadate late check out
Cons: Balcony
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to everything in Waikiki but not in the midst of the resorts
Cons: Dirty stain/spot on floor in bathroom next to tub was there every day even after cleaning. All else was nice.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Incredible technology in the room! The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The decor is nice and the amenity kit is great.
Cons: The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t spotless either. We had to request items that were supposed to be part of our welcome package. Our room was not serviced until late afternoon.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: front desk staff, courteous professional bar staff, main lobby friendly helpful
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Out of waikiki, room views
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everyone on the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and the view is amazing With the Renovation Discount it was about Half price maybe even less than half and absolutely an great value
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.1
Pros: The spa is awesome.
Cons: We spent 2 nights here, it doesn't worth the money. The hotel in Wakiki is generally expensive, but if you want a 4 star experience, choose hotels like Sheraton or Westin. Need to pay extra for wifi, parking, even water after first night. The room is quite small for a 4 star standard.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: It is a fantastic facility. I enjoyed my stay
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Whenever we asked for service, (maintenance, engineer, housekeeping), they came within 5 minutes.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel was under renovation but the staff was so amazing. It totally made our stay. Will surely stay in the future.
Good 6.8
Pros: The hotel is nice. The views are pretty. The staff were courteous and helpful. It's clean. The location downtown is close to most everything.
Cons: It's not on the beach, which isn't a deal breaker, but I wasn't feeling the "Hawaiian vibe". It just wasn't there. Everything closes super early, even the hotel bar and it's all sub par, nothing too fabulous. I guess the word I could use that would fit this hotel is generic. It's not holiday inn generic, but it's definitely not worth the price, the parking fees, or the resort fee. I didn't feel like I really fit in too well either. If you're a tourist to Hawaii and you'll barely spend time at the hotel, this is the one if you're willing to pay the price. I also didn't feel like I fit in here. If you're coming from Japan though, you'll fit right in.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Very clean & comfortable
Cons: Expensive
Okay 5.7
Pros: Location was good because right next to the water but not far away from Waikiki centre
Cons: At the pool we wanted a drink but the store was closed so went to the downstairs bar, I was only allowed to take one drink from the bar at a time. That meant two trips down to the bar five floors down so I did not bother. Dumb rules! Seems overprice for what you get.
Good 7.3
Pros: Excellent service, extremely clean room, nice location. I had a great time and will certainly recommend this hotel to others.
Good 7.3
Pros: It was a lovely location, close to the beach. Restaurant in the hotel was great.
Good 6.0
Pros: Everything was OK. Nothing jumped out at us that we would want to say we liked especially. The staff at the gift shop was very pleasant.
Cons: When we checked in, we were told our room was not ready even though it was check in time of 3PM. We were told to wait "over there" and they would get back to us. We waited for an hour, in which time, the girl who initially helped us, was off duty. She never told anyone we were waiting. We had to go to the Reception desk and ask if our room was ready. We also bought a breakfast with our room and was never informed of where that was or what time or anything about it. That was disappointing. However, we were allowed to have a late check out which helped us very much.
Good 7.3
Pros: best view in ocean
Cons: the poolbar
Good 7.6
Pros: The hotel itself, the views from the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who responded very happily and efficiently to some special requests
Cons: Currently road construction work adjacent to the hotel is creating some access difficulties, time delays and unwelcome noise
Good 6.0
Pros: Absolutely stunning views from room both day and night. Perfect location for walking around waikiki and for acces to public transport
Cons: Nothing I disliked but its a shame to have the beautiful views and no balconies to enjoy them from
Good 6.4
Pros: Enjoyed the view from the 27th floor! The room was beautiful and comfortable and I enjoyed the coffee in the room! Breakfast was excellent on the 3rd floor! Wish I could have stayed in your hotel a couple more days! Nice, neat and clean romm with a very comfortable bed and bed linens!
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The service was absolutely brilliant. Fantastic pool, great food and nice rooms. Wonderful hotel and would happily stay there again.

Excellent 8.5
Pros: Good location, with big rooms and kitchen which was a big plus even for couples. The valet parking was very efficient as well. The trolley stops by outside which was really convenient.
Cons: The elevator was too old and slow, there was too much waiting to do.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Loves having a kitchenette ... very well stocked ..be sure to select the upgraded /newly remodeled rooms
Excellent 8.8
Pros: You can’t beat the view - this is our 7th or 8th stay at the ilikai Also great value The extra things like beach towels & beach chairs and having a kitchen is fabulous
Cons: Not as cheap as it used to be but still great value
Good 6.3
Pros: Room is large. Facilities are good. Free internet. Every room has a large balcony and good view!
Cons: Bed is a bit uncomfortable. Single-pane windows let in too much street noise
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and friedly staff, made our stay very comfortable , we have no hesitation in recommending the Ilikai as a holiday selection,
Good 7.7
Pros: Location was great - close to everything but not in the middle of the busy part of Waikiki.
Good 7.3
Pros: locations
Good 6.7
Pros: room cleaning lady was so helpful and nice.view from the room was also very nice.
Cons: compare to the hotel used to be a marriott, it looked the rank was downgraded. however I love the beach and harver front facility. litte away from the waikiki area.

Pros: If you are meeting for business around the area it's ok.
Cons: Unclean surroundings including hallways, elevators and surrounding area. Lobby is not well lighted, escalators were not all working, front desk clerks are lukewarm and unfriendly, parking is confusing, unsafe hallways as there was a big electric fan that was running and some contrstruction equipment right In front of the room we stayed in that was there the entire day without any sign, warning or precaution. Carpets have that musty and spoiled smell. I
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location for the St. Pattys block party in downtown Honolulu
Cons: Parking is $20 a night
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet, which I s surprising, since it is downtown. Staff was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Also got free parking!
Cons: The decor is a bit dated, and the building doesn't have balconies. It is on the expensive side. While it was a decent room, I wouldn't have paid the normal 214 a night rate.
Good 6.2
Pros: Right in downtown area. Puts the traveler right into everyday Honolulu.Comfortable and clean with a "killer" view of Honolulu harbor.
Cons: Clearly an older, but well maintained property
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Hot tub and pool
Excellent 8.6
Pros: Comfortable, clean room with wifi, kitchenette, nice large tv and good cable. Very helpful staff, whirlpool tub, and I can't say enough about how well I slept on the bed it was more comfortable than my own. This hotel is close to som small restaurants mostly Asian and very good. The area around seems safe and I did not have any problems while out late for a walk but there are quite a few homeless around.
Cons: The Internet could be a bit faster, I had some streaming issues but no other problems or gripes.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We met up with Collins, whom we have known for a decade. He always takes good care of us!!
Cons: The parking arrangements.

Pros: At first was disappointed at not having an ocean view but ended up loving the "city" view - especially at night.
Cons: Too many children at every pool. They need an adult only pool or section of a pool. (And we were there during school - will be even worse when school is out).

Good 6.0
Pros: Hotel is right next to Ala Moana mall making it so easy to do shopping and eating.
Cons: I ended up having to upgrade to a 2 beds room with an extra $49 per night. Kayak description is very misleading when it labels DOUBLE Mountain View when double means 2 people but not double beds! Bathroom is not acceptable as the water faucet is so outdated with only 1 turn knob to control hot/cold and water volume
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Had to check out early because their AC broke. The woman I spoke with (shyla or something like that) was incredibly rude. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Okay 4.5
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: The room was overpriced No room service Breakfast was shocking and expensive
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Super early check in at 7am for an extra $16 includes breakfast - well worth it
Cons: Bigger bed but apart from that it was great - it’s not 5star hotel but it was a lovely stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Connected to Ala Moana Center
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: Starbucks in the building
Cons: Everything needs to be cleaned and updated. The rooms are way too small.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The location was super close to everywhere I needed to go
Cons: They gave us a corner room 3rd floor which was so tiny couldn’t even turn a 360 in the hallway it was so narrow .. the sliding glass door won’t open more then 2 inches with no balcony .. why even have a sliding glass door if you have it locked like that? Said it was a queen and pull out couch but it was a pull out chair. No napkins or tissues only toilet paper. It also took a full hour to check in, dragging luggage on a line for an hour is insane for Hawai’i, this isn’t Vegas. There was 2 open computers if you get this busy at 4-5pm for check in you should be prepared and have a full staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff. Great location.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Adjacent to the Ala Moana Mall and dining places. Short walking distance to the Hawaii Convention Center. Starbucks and reasonably price convenient store in the facility. Micro wave and refrigerator availability in the unit.
Cons: Noise from the heavy machinery at the construction site just outside the window/patio door is constant in the day time. Computer use and printing is too costly for guest.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to Ala Moana shopping center and very clean rooms
Cons: Rooms were kind of small when you look at it. Its perfect for 1 person but probably not for 2 people
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, next to the mall, and an easy drive to town or the freeway to the countryside.
Cons: Daily parking charges! I feel like hotels that charge for parking are like airlines that charge you for food—crazy!
Good 6.2
Pros: The room was nice, needs better lighting.
Cons: Room was to dark, needs brighter lighting. The rooms need updating, it's showing it's age.

Good 6.2
Pros: great location, friendly customer service, ample parking (for $10), wifi included in room, free movie during stay, two refrigerators, great water pressure, beds were comfy- not super hard, but not stiff, there's hot water! :)
Cons: the air conditioner leaked in the room, the stove was great- 2 coil burners, but there was not that much room to put a dish dryer/strainer, the shower head is out of the wall and rusty, the drain in the shower took a long time to drain water.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the room was ok.
Cons: difficulty checking in. Mom paid for room using her credit card, and hotel staff insisted that I give them the card, which I did not have on me. Very frustrating. We were about to leave, when the manager relented. Totally unnecessary. Ruined our evening.
Excellent 8.6
Pros: The staff were very friendly. Loved its location, everything was walking distance. And that the room had a lot of conveniences like the coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge.
Cons: That the Wifi wasn't free. Would have been nice if it was included with the room.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Friendly Staff, Clean Room.
Cons: pool closed, dvd machine broken, had to wear earplugs because of noisy A/C unit. Parking is confusing and hard.
Good 7.7
Pros: OK. This is for the traveler/family on a budget. We had to unexpectedly stay in Honolulu for an extra day and we were able to get a room for about $130/night. They gave out fish food to feed the Koi. The kids and adults liked that. Small store in the lobby that sold water that didn't cost an arm and a leg. They had a kiosk where you could check out movies (for free). Had to use the card key to operate the elevator. I liked that extra measure of security.
Cons: The door was incredibly heavy. If my daughter was in the room alone and a fire broke out, she would have been toast. The bathtub was in terrible shape. Not in the greatest area, but we never felt scared. Not very much on site parking for free, but a parking structure across the street. The rooms and decor are from the 70's. This is not a 5 star hotel, but very acceptable. If you want to be in downtown Honolulu and are a budget-this is a very reasonable option.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: When I arrived there, the front told me the hotel records did not show my data and kept me waiting for mre than an hour. It is badically local only hotel and tourist shall avoid it.
Good 6.0
Pros: Beautiful restaurant and Koi Pond.
Cons: The room was old looking (not modern at all).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All You Can Eat Breakfast buffet for $9.95 is cheaper than ordering ala carte even at any nearby eateries. i love fried rice for brekky. Way Cheaper than Alamoana Hotel that is connected to Alamoana Center, Pagoda is only three blocks to Alamoana Center, but half a block to Walmart, Sam’s Club and Don Quixote. We chose Pagoda because it is near shopping, eateries and $2.50 The Bus all across island.
Cons: For the very cheap price, you adjust your comfort for the steal of a deal. Nothing you could have done better except lower price even more.
Okay 4.0
Pros: It was a cheap place to sleep for the night.
Cons: That place needs to be renovated.
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: They upgraded our room T no extra charge
Cons: The first room was absolutely discusting. The carpet was filthy and torn throughout the room. The walls were smeared with grime from hands, heads, and who knows what else. The dishes were dirty. The curtins were torn. My kids refused to sit o. The furniture. The elevator was filthy/ gross. It was by far the worse place had ever stayed in!!!!!
Good 6.3
Pros: It is in a convenient location for shopping. That there is a restaurant for all meals.
Cons: We did not like the late checkin expecially when we came from an outer island. I missed being able to choose a breakfast meal from a menu.
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: there was nothing nice to report
Cons: the rooms were dirty. our accomadations were for 1 queen bed and we ended up with 4 singles..they did nothing to rectify this.
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel excellent hospitality and location is so closed to walk to shopping centers and fine restaurants.
Cons: No complaint.
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was clean and bright. Age of hotel shows but that is compensated by a reasonable price. Pagoda restaurant next door gives 25% discount with stay. Very local-favorite. Worth the visit!
Cons: No complaints!
Okay 5.6
Pros: number of beds, location, full size refrigerator
Cons: kitchen closed first 2 days and water shut off several hours one day.
Okay 4.4
Pros: Fair walking distance from the hotel to Waikiki beach
Cons: There ware roaches in my hotel room n some of the lobby staff are rude!!
Good 6.5
Pros: attitude of staff at reception , very inviting
Cons: $review.cons

Okay 4.8
Pros: The location was great
Cons: This property was aquired by diamond resorts and is the next step in scamming a new demographic. https://www.thestreet.com/story/13624491/1/is-apollo-returning-to-its-junk-roots-with-its-acquisition-of-diamond-resorts.html
Excellent 8.8
Cons: I will never book through Kayak again. I accidentally booked my hotel for one night too long. I didn’t realize this until checking in. Even though the hotel said they would not charge for the extra night because I clearly wasn’t staying there, Kayak refused to work with the partner to refund me. This was an incredibly frustrating customer service experience.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The Modern is off the beaten trail and appreciated how relaxing the atmosphere was. The pool area is beautiful and calm, and if you need to relax further the sunset pool is just the ticket. All restaurants and bars are excellent in the Modern too.
Good 7.1
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Study bar is nice with good cocktails, rooms are nice and housekeeping is good. Difficult to find space at pools and they don't have chairs on the beach. During peak times like Christmas / NY it makes it tough to secure space. Service at the restaurant by the pool was very slow. Painfully slow... I would return but challenged to stay there again @ $500/ night unless everything is perfect.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Staff helpful though it did take half hour to find the reservation. Clean and extra nice room. Primo location
Cons: Very pricey even for Waikiki. Extra loud bar area
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: Beds could have been more comfortable
Okay 4.0
Pros: The view was beautiful, valet staff were great.
Cons: Resort fee not presented at check in, expensive parking. Staff very unaccomodating for early check in. Asked us to call multiple times throughout the week, up to the actual 3pm check in time which we were asked to wait for our room anyways, while others in line after us were getting their room keys. A double room was booked via Kayak but wasn't available at check in so we were given an "upgraded" suite with a sofa bed. The mattress pad was stained with urine and the linens were not the cleanest. The furniture is all white so stains were noticeable on the pillows. Felt very dirty. Very disappointed in the service of this hotel under their new mainland management.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love it. Honolulu is known for old resorts and hotels. Modern's building isnt really new, however, all the internals have been renovated so that it feels "modern". Great stay for young hip couples.
Cons: Parking is a little expensive. $35 and they charge you everything you get your car in and out. Other than that, we had an awesome experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love everything about The Modern Really cool friendly atmosphere, all the staff are super nice. The room is very clean, modern, crisp, has pretty of room. Our partial view room had a nice balcony and as suggest had views to the left of the water. Great TV and selection of channels, coffee maker. Very well sound proofed Bathroom is large, great shower. Room service is fantastic, actually its the same menu available in the pool area, perfectly prepared and very high quality. The pool areas and bars are amazing The is away from the Main part of Waikiki, overlooking the marina, making it less busy and more relaxing Do yourself a favour and book in
Cons: Not sure, maybe the bed is a little firm. Just being picky
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the incredible concierge and front desk staff to the warm service and incredible food poolside to the ultra-luxury modern (but not in a cheesy, cheap way) rooms that were comfortable and expertly furnished they did not miss a spot. I would recommend it as the #1 hotel in Honolulu hands down
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I liked that the hotel was located near the harbor. A short 1 mile walk form downtown Waikiki and not too crowded with many surrounding hotels. Definitely an adult resort, although I did see a few kids. Staff was super friendly, views of the marina and ocean were great. Access to the beach just a short walk although from beaches on O'ahu this was the worst strip of ocean I visited. I'd suggest staying here and enjoying the beach elsewhere. Liked the details of the ukulele, sea shells and sarongs as décor. Room was ready early. Room was quiet and simply decorated with all white giving a feel of space. Clothes line in the shower for wet swimsuits was a plus!
Cons: The hallways were VERY dark and room numbers a bit tricky to see. Valet parking only at $35/day.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Comfortable bed, great location- close to shops, beach, marina and restaurants

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Clean room and beds
Cons: Airport Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up from airport. Hotel is old and walk to the rooms is very long.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Shuttle service was friendly and efficient, rooms were in reasonably good condition and looked clean
Cons: Late in the evening we noticed MULTIPLE small cockroaches emerging from under the bed, leading to a sleepless night. Reception did not appear surprised at all when this was reported the next morning.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Having stayed at three Honolulu Airport hotels for business purposes, this is clearly the best choice. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The restaurant is open daily. The gift shop is well stocked and large. Transportation to and from the airport is excellent.
Cons: I found little to dislike about my stay.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Parking too expensive!!!!!!
Okay 5.1
Cons: $30 Parking charge is excessive. Rooms are dated and overpriced. Major battle with a guest at the front desk with police called to evict him. He was out of line but still a really uncomfortable situation.
Excellent 8.2
Cons: Close to airport, free shuttle
Good 7.7
Pros: Convenient to airport, free shuttle, friendly staff, clean rooms
Cons: Few food choices in area, traffic noise
Good 6.2
Pros: I was only there overnight and at that it was a short night. In general the accommodations were adequate although there was a long walk to the room and some inconvenience since it was in a separate building.
Cons: Check in seemed very slow.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fast easy check in. Clean room. I stay here a few times each year. Its convenient. Never used any of the amenities besides the bed.
Cons: Parking should be free with room but it's not
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean and close to air port and close to Pearl Harbor we were at the end of our vacation and only had one day before catching our plane so it was very convenient. Everything about the room and lobby was nice.
Cons: We arrived at 2:30 just off a flight and the restaurant was closed. And in the evenings it was only open certain days so you had to go a block down the street for dinner. Both places were closed for lunch.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great place to stay when you need to catch a flight out of the Honolulu airport - very close with a 24x7 shuttle service.
Good 6.0
Pros: My wife and I had a long trip and the hotel is close to the airport, the free shuttle to and from the hotel was an advantage.
Cons: Perhaps a 7 day a week dinning area as we had to travel to the Best Western Hotel for dinner. The free shuttle was good that travelled between these two hotels.
Okay 5.3
Pros: This hotel is close to airport and has a reliable shuttle service to the airport exclusively for Ohana Hotel guests which was also free. We had an early morning flight to catch and this shuttle service meant we could get to the airport without any worries about traffic or waiting for taxis.
Cons: If you book a room with two double beds your room will be next to the freeway which is very noisy. To overcome this problem we stayed out of the hotel until late at night so we could just go straight to bed and then put the air-conditioning on which drowned out most of the freeway noise. If you book a room with a King bed you can request a room at the back of the hotel which is quieter. So this hotel is only good if you want to stay overnight as the pool and breakfast area is right next to the noisy freeway.
Good 6.3
Pros: The hotel is very close to the airport with efficient transportation provided from and back to the airport.
Good 6.7
Pros: Good shuttle with pertinent info given by driver as we drove to the hotel from airport. Efficieint sign in, room was comfortable for an overnight stay--very clean, well presented.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel had what I needed and placed me halfway between the two farthest destinations I needed to access. Comfortable room that provided a quiet (even near the airport and freeway) relaxing place for me to rest during a very busy weekend.
Cons: Internet access needs to be easier. Logging in and having to adjust my computer was unnecessary. Having access in the room, however, was a plus.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Non smoking
Okay 4.8
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Very slow internet connection
Okay 5.2
Pros: The proximity to the airport
Cons: The extra charge for parking
Okay 5.6
Pros: Breakfast food & setting by the pool was excellent. Airport shuttle bus is essential. This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the airport. However, we spent another 4 days in the NW coast which we discovered was something of a cul-de-sac (no outlet). We would have used this hotel for our entire stay had we known that some of the islands roads were only accessible to military vehicles.
Cons: No free internet! In 2009 this is like toilet paper, towels, sheets, electric light etc should be included as standard provision for a hotel room.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great breakfast - good value place for people with late arrival and early transfer to inter island flight
Cons: $review.cons

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very freindly and helpful. The shuttle driver drove us to and from the airport and was helpful and friendly. We stayed for only a day on vacation. The next day we were traveling to another island. We didn't want to take our luggage site seeing so they held onto our luggage for no charge. I will definitely be staying there again.
Mediocre 2.6
Cons: Ac was bad
Good 6.0
Pros: No problem with the front desk staff. That's about it
Cons: The heater and bathroom fan didn't work and they never came to fix it after saying they would. The bathroom tub was rusty.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Free airport shuttle
Cons: Rude staff. Not worth the money. Loud traffic. Really ugly area.
Good 7.4
Pros: Most things were decent.
Cons: The hotel is only 1 mile from the airport. That's why we picked it. So we could sleep and get on our next airplane the next morning with as little hassle as possible. After I called the hotel it took well over 30 minutes for the shuttle to show up. That is a long time after a long flight while standing in the heat with small children on a median between 2 roads. Another couple was waiting for our same shuttle and they said they were there over an hour. Morning shuttle was great but the pick up from the airport was way too slow considering its only a mile. For the price we paid it would have been nice to get a free breakfast. It's an airport hotel. That should be standard in my mind.
Good 6.7
Pros: Staff/employees are friendly, helpfull when in need of questions, location is perfect
Good 6.0
Pros: confortable, friendly ,cleaness

Good 7.3
Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful. The location was very convenient to the airport with 24 shuttle service available.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.4
Pros: the friendly reception and willingness of staff to answer all my questions about transportation around the city
Cons: my room was very cold and it took me awhile (about 1/2 day) to figure out how to warm it up - otherwise good. Thanks.

Mediocre 3.1
Cons: Room was small and needs refurbishing. Parking lot was immediately outside the room door, so lots of people and car noise. A poolside room would have been better.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room too small
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close to the Airport and Clean
Cons: Look dated, everything looks really old.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great location near airport, nice pool and fire pit. They did ask for money at check in for amenities.
Good 6.0
Pros: Near the airport. We arrived at 1:00am. Got right in. Desk agent not overly friendly, but competent. I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't.
Cons: Restaurant closed. Tiny room. Queen sized beds only. Hotel is quite old.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The ac unit worked :)
Cons: Parking was small n the towels were taken n not replaced
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Tiny room with paper thin walls. Disgusting smell, location in "condemned warehouse" section of Honolulu. Sink clogged from the start, sheets stained, hair in shower, etc...
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Truly nothing fancy, but the staff was so kind and accommodating. It’s right next to the airport located in an industrial area, but it beats the prices of downtown. Worth the stay if you’re on a budget.
Cons: Update the rooms would be nice.
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel was in terrible shape. Paint peeling off the walls in the room. Exterior need cleaning and painting. The iron railing on the balcony around the building was heavily rusted and need repairing and painting
Good 6.5
Cons: Older, needs update
Good 6.5
Pros: Great location for overnight at the airport with a regular shuttle service
Cons: Very basic, limited services
Okay 4.8
Pros: Nearby Lagoon Chinese restaurant was really good. Hawaiian Coffee Co. cafe only a short walk from hotel had the best coffee around. Distance to airport was great.
Cons: While this hotel is priced less than most everything else in the area, the cost is still WAY above its actual value. Rooms were mediocre, bed not particularly comfortable, and Wifi NEVER worked.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Hotel is near airport, location is good for 1-2 days, nice staff, very helpfull, free shattle to airport and from airport to hotel.
Cons: Uncomfortable rooms - old, windows are not open and not anought air in the room (but is conditioner), we have seen insect in the room.
Good 6.7
Pros: It served our purpose well: close to airport and complimentory shuttle
Cons: babycot was akvertised on website and it was not available when we checked in.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Good place for one night between airport and cruise ship.
Good 6.0
Pros: proximity to the airport was great, however the neighborhood was unfortunately lacking.
Okay 5.0
Pros: People were very pleasant
Cons: location was difficult for single woman
Okay 4.7
Pros: Staff's smile is one of good points there.Very close to the air port, just 10 minutes to rent car rerurn.
Cons: No elevator so heavy luggages are not easy to bring into rooms.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable room, good beds, nice view.
Cons: Bath sink didn't drain, called but no one showed up to fix . TV remote useless, had to "channel up/down" always. Couldn't just enter channel number. Maid service doesn't get to the room till 3:30/4:00 PM. No room service available. $4 to call from room to a cell with a different area code.
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Didn’t know we wouldn’t have any service unless requested during daytime hours. Not run by hotel
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing - confirmation number from kayak not processes by Lsi, no reservation upon arrival . Had to book my own room with the hotel at twice the price.
Cons: Not using or recommending Lsi resorts to friends
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Daily housekeeping!

Good 7.3
Pros: The room had a good view of the ocean, and the sunrise was very pleasant. There was a small kitchenette, and although we didn't avail ourselves of it, I can see that it would come in handy for a longer stay. The location was great, right on the main artery of Waikiki. Shopping, dining, and beaches are all easily accessible by foot, or if you get tired, there are frequent busses along the route. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Cons: Fixtures and appliances were very old and worn, laminate was peeling off of the cabinetry. The shower was tiny. I wanted to make our first night in Hawaii a special one, which Is why I got the 'deluxe' room. Perhaps naively, I was expecting the room to be in better condition for the price. But to be honest, waking up to the ocean at sunrise on your first night in the tropics makes small annoyance about the room seem pretty insignificant
Okay 4.0
Pros: The view was absolutely gorgeous and the AC worked great.
Cons: Mattress wasnt very comfortable, construction bring done on elevator which is very small. Get crammed with people and takes forever to come up and down. Parking is an extra $25 unless you want to find parking on the street.
Okay 4.8
Pros: I loved how close it was too the mall and other attractions of Waikiki. The large windows allowed a beautiful view.
Cons: When we first got into our room it was supposed to be a queen bed but we got to very hard twin beds, the floors were still covered in sand, and one of the elevators was broken so it took a very long time for us to get to and from our room.
Good 7.7
Pros: Room had a great ocean view and very clean.
Cons: Workers could be more friendly and new beds!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: We liked the View from the room and location. Furniture was falling apart.
Cons: Both elevators were broken and we were on 38th floor. No one there for check-in. Charge 50 for towel.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Was close to shopping food and beach. Full kitchenette with stove fridge sink dishes coffee maker and microwave
Cons: Parking A rough driving valet only parking $25 a day Room Very morbid room that looks like you're in the early stages of the sims. Stove dials didn't have markings so you have to guess whether or not you turned it to hot or low. 2 twin beds, thin mattress hard springs, no comforter. Paint peeling from walls. If you are on a floor under floor 30 you have no view. Staff seems clueless. Cupboard door hinges aren't fitted correctly so some doors are stuck open. Very slow elevators. Took an average of 15 or more minutes to leave hotel. There are better places for the price.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Close to where I had to be
Cons: The elevators broke down twice, two days in a row. Had to walk down stairs. They charge 25$ for their parking services even if your car is there for 2 hours. No discount or any type of remorse with the elevator breaking down.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were ultimate professionals, the view was amazing, and you couldn't ask for a better location at the price.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Good views as we were on the 35th floor, plenty of storage, close to beach.
Cons: i lift working so long waits, not sufficient kitchen equip, but supplied on request and AC sounded like an aircraft carrier so too noisy to use
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: only credits go to front desk staff who were polite and helpful..
Cons: I'll skip the minor problems and go directly into the big issues:- 1.The first room given to me has a ceiling with falling paint and in fact a big slice of the paint was lying on the desk 2.The toilet started overflowing upon the first flush (!!!!!!!) and was so serious that it started wetting the carpet of the room in less than a minute!!!! 3.After being transferred to the 2nd room, we requested for a roll-over bed. The front desk staff did mention that the room was a bit too small for the extra bed but still agreed to send me the bed. I am totally surprised when returning to the room finding the bed standing vertically in the middle of the room. classic.
Good 6.4
Pros: realy nice view to ocean...good locaton to waikiki center and alamona shopping center.
Good 6.0
Cons: front desk reception not available most of the time. please let customers know they can use next door hotel's reception.
Okay 4.4
Pros: I enjoyed my view from the 40th floor, especially from the roof or 41st floor. Even the elevator, as treacherous as they seemed, had a wonderful view.
Cons: No DVD player or ability to order films, the remote control was not programmed to the television. The toilet is installed in a ridiculous location. The general out lay of the room is that at one point there was one pent house on the top floor and rather than split it into two sweet rooms, they broke it into four strange and inconvenient rooms. Total fire hazard with the stairs.
