Fire alarm went off twice and no communication from Staff. On day of our checkout elevators were not working, but mo communication from staff to help with luggage from 12th floor.

Cons (-) Location not much around. Slow elevators only had 2 running. No microwave in room. No free wifi in today's hotels/motels unacceptable.
