Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's attentive and friendly service, convenient location near attractions and public transport, and high standards of cleanliness. Many appreciated the comfortable rooms and amenities, though some noted issues with room size, value for price, and occasional inconveniences such as construction or parking. Perfect
Pros (+) The location was central to pretty much everything I needed. There is a CVS across the street walking distance.
Cons (-) Outdoor seating for smoking.
Pros (+) The friendly and professional staff. Great restaurant!
Pros (+) Overall design, comfort. Great bed and amenities. Nespresso coffee
Cons (-) Better description of hotel rooms, since Superior seems to be a better room than Deluxe. Strange!
Cons (-) Amenities were too basic for a JW-class hotel.
Pros (+) Room was very nice. Huge tub. Service was excellent all the way around.
Cons (-) Towels were a little rough. $40 for 1 night of parking is steep. $30 for two mojitos is also steep.
Pros (+) Rooms were well appointed and thoughtful. Staff was attentive and professional. Beautiful hotel.
Cons (-) Located near light rail and could be heard all day and night.
