Pros (+) Plenty of restaurants nearby. Subway 10min walk.

Cons (-) The whole room just seemed unfinished, there was a leak above the toilet from perhaps the room above. The shower didn't stay hot for long. There was a kettle however no kettle base. Our friends resorted to using the tissues in the room as the toilet roll was not replaced on two occasions. The very very basics were missing for what was a basic hotel.
