If you’re looking for a bargain place to stay with a bed and a shower, then this is the place for you. It literally is budget, but clean, neat, tidy, friendly, convenient and cosy. We love staying here as we literally cross the road and get our flight. The bar and restaurant are also very smart, friendly, and prices for the menu are reasonable too. Cons (-) Some rooms need some repairs - my room had the window opening restrainer broken by a previous customer. But was not disturbing at all.

Pros (+) The staff were as helpful as they could be and friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Cons (-) Via kayak I had changed my booking from Birmingham Central to Birmingham airport. The hotel did not have ne booked in. They checked with central and I was still booked there. I was told they could give me a room but I would have to pay for both rooms in each hotel!
