Pros (+) Great breakfast Near both bus & subway stops Helpful & pleasant staff
Cons (-) Give the ability to redirect the flow of air from the air-con. The vents were fixed & was blowing air to the desk where I was doing some work. Unless the A/C is turned off, air flows into the desk area. I ended up developing a cold from it.

Pros (+) Great staff and service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, no matter what area of the hotel. We had no wifi in our room the first day, and the front desk promptly came through with a wireless mobile 4G router, solving the problem. We arrived at the second floor breakfast buffet on our first morning, and the door staff said it was pretty crowded and noisy, so why don't we try the executive lounge ...
Cons (-) I think the sauna didn't get hot enough. And....I'm coming up blank for other negatives. It's a great hotel!

Pros (+) Rooms were nice and clean, good view of the city, good air conditioning and restrooms. Bed was comfortable. Central atrium elevator ride was fun with a good view. Room service with local cuisine tasted good. Easy access to buffet and nearby shops. Staff were very accommodating and they let me check in early after a long flight, which was very nice.
Cons (-) Location was a short walk to the nearest metro station or tourist attraction, although there was a free shuttle to help mitigate that.

Pros (+) Friendly & helpful staff. Great location for shopping (right next to Orchard Road) & eating places. Clean & comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) There seemed to be only two breakfast buffet selections served. It was alternating every other day. We noticed this as we had the buffet everyday during our 4-day stay.
