Pros (+) Staff were efficient, friendly, & helpful.
Cons (-) Lacking bath towels everyday. Lacking tissue paper. Didn't have the option to request 2 double beds that's why what we requested were 2 twin beds since we were 3 people occupying the room.

Linda, Dec 2018 - Orchard Hotel Singapore
Pros (+) The location was great, with walking distance to Orchard Road. It was extremely easy to grab a taxi and Grab cars. There was also a very good coffee shop called Jewel right in the hotel’s adjacent mall.
Cons (-) The bathroom smelled bad, possibly due to the mold and the toilet bowl wasn’t scrubbed. this was the only major downer. Asked for housekeeping, but the smell still remained after they cleaned up.

Pros (+) Great staff, nice decor, lovely location, excellent wifi. Lovely place for morning / evening walks and alfresco dining.
Cons (-) Bed was too soft, lighting was too poor for reading and makeup, the shower was too small, the glass shower door cut my foot. Really don't like this new trend of sinks in the bedroom Bit of a hike to the MRT and shopping.
