Pros (+) The price I reserved the room for was good. Also, the lady at the front desk was very nice and wanting to help. She even helped try to correct the reservation.
Cons (-) Worst experience ever. I only ended up stating 1 night of a 3 night, non refundable reservation. The maintenance guy, or owner knocked on my door at 10pm, waking me up wanting $375 because the reservation info that the hotel had was different than I paid for originally at $151.
