Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Inverness and enjoy scenic river views. The service, especially from the host Leah, was frequently described as warm, welcoming, and attentive, with many guests feeling well cared for. Cleanliness and stylish decor were also highlighted, as well as the quality of the breakfast, which was often described as delicious and freshly prepared. However, some guests found certain rooms, particularly those under sloped ceilings or in the attic, to be small or uncomfortable, and a few mentioned issues with bathroom size or heating. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was highly positive for most visitors.
