Pros: Everything was so nice and modern. Very clean and taken care of. Good and friendly costumer service.
Cons: Pool closed early.

Pros: Everything! This property was amazing, clean, incredible staff!! Loved loved loved
Good7.7
Pros: Friendly helpful staff... staff responded quickly to a couple of Maintenance issues in our room, attentive beach waiters
Pros: Location was excellent, beach lovely, and the rooms very nice. The staff was very helpful and the service in the restaurant for our one breakfast we had there exceptional. I wish we could have stayed longer. We didn't opt for the all inclusive because there are so many options nearby, but I think if we were there for a few nights we would have. Everyone staying there was having a great time around the pool area and beach. It didn't look like there was every a challenge to get lounge chairs.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Moved here after our original hotel freaked us out with its primitiveness, lol. LOVED PRIVILEGE! On the beach, beautiful pools, hot tub on our balcony, all inclusive and all for $200 a night! We will definitely be returning!
Excellent9.1
Pros: Hotel is well run, operates smooth, clean, friendly/helpful staff and overall a great value for its offerings and island location! We'll do it again!!
Cons: A few small items: Bed was extremely firm and I like firm beds! Beach staff appeared to be over extended covering beach/palapas & the attached restaurant, meaning service was often slow Internet is very slow & it requires you to log on constantly
Excellent10.0
Pros: We got upgraded to the primium suite which had a pool on the roof!!!! Amazing!!! Besides that the hotel is really beautiful, the beach is lovely and the staff was really nice.
Okay4.0
Pros: location
Cons: part of the staff is rude, our room was across the street from a middle school so everyday at 7:00 am there were kids screaming, loud speakers and belts going. lets not forget that the hotel is next to a cemetery gives it a bad vibe there are not activities or entertainment
Excellent8.0
Pros: THE TWO LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NOT THE SKINNY WHITE GENTLEMAN.
Cons: THE RESTAURANTS AND WET AREA ARE CLOSED TOO EARLY....BUT THKS . FOR EVERYTHING.....
Excellent8.5
Pros: Great location at beach and near town center.

Pros: Loved the resort, the pool, the beach, ocean was amazing and clear. Food was good, people were friendly.
Cons: Front desk was rude, and front desk manager was horrible too. Understaffed so it took forever to get a drink from the bar. We would order 4 at a time to compensate. Room service was only omelets and burgers and only available after 11pm.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Mia is under renovation. When it is finished I probably won't be able to afford it. My wife and I stayed AI. I do not understand the complaints of food or facilities of others. The only extra we paid was for tips. Once again the location is the best on north beach. My only fear is that something must be done with the turns that inhabit the point.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Absolutely amazing resort on an amazing island! The service was outstanding and the staff friendly. I never felt pushed to tip them but they all worked so hard that they absolutely deserve a tip. I highly recommend going to isla Mujeres if interested in the Cancun area. Mia Reef is the best option for an all inclusive resort!
Cons: Nothing. We already want to make a trip back!

Good7.4
Pros: We loved the island and the people. When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation thru kayak. They had to make some calls while we waited in the lobby after a long day of travel. I paid for the best room my sister in law paid for the cheapest room. Our rooms were exactly the same. (So if booking I would go cheap) our rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is on a point which is incredible. We heard the Mia had just sold to new people. The grounds were run down (grass was dead hanging beds the covers were tearing off etc) but we saw things being worked on and fixed up while we were there. They have stairs into the water and the bottom stair is slick as snot. First day my brother in law slipped and hit his head and cut his elbow. They had to call a doctor to come and see him up and clean it out.
Cons: Slick stairs No reservation when I arrived Charged for more expensive room Grounds in disrepair
Good7.1
Pros: Location and staff My wife and I have been staying here for years when it was the Avolon. First stay as Mia. Place still has the location but the new look is just alright.
Cons: New construction a bit cheap looking. Too much white

Pros: Loved the Swim out pool outside our suite
Cons: The up sell!! Forced to buy a bottle of wine to get best seats in restaurants
Excellent8.0
Pros: For $250 per night per person it was a very good value and I would return again. In fact I tried to rebook but the regular price is much higher.
Cons: Nothing not to like. For Mexico, this is a top notch place and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Good7.4
Pros: Great place if you want to sit at the pool and drink
Cons: Golf is $75/person per day not complimentary. Construction is going on next door. Food at speciality restaurants is not great. Wine selection is same 2 reds at each restaurant which are mediocre.
