Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to major attractions, public transport, and amenities. The service was often described as friendly and attentive, and several guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with some guests encountering dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Breakfast was another area of dissatisfaction, with reports of it being missing, inconsistent, or of low quality. Overall, while the location and service stood out as highlights, cleanliness and breakfast quality were common concerns.
