Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast. Cleanliness and comfort were also highlighted positively by several reviewers. However, many guests were disappointed by ongoing construction, noise, and the closure of the rooftop terrace, which impacted the atmosphere and some advertised amenities. A few mentioned inconsistent room cleaning and communication issues regarding renovations, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and breakfast stood out.
