Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to public transportation, shops, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who contribute positively to the overall experience. However, cleanliness is a major concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, mold, and even bedbugs in some cases. The absence of an elevator and the small room sizes are also frequently mentioned drawbacks, especially for those with mobility issues. Overall, the hotel is considered a good budget choice for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
