Pros (+) Bare minimum room. Convenient location and easy parking.
Cons (-) Bathroom floor seemed dirty. Peeling wall paper. Flat screen TV didn't really turn off - just a glowing black screen. Would have expected this from an under $100 place but I definitely didn't pay that and I've stayed at nicer $70 places

Pros (+) It was the most reasonably priced lodging in Ithaca.
Cons (-) Noisy neighbors. Motel was rather old, but clean, but the walls/floors allowed too much sound to pass.
